前記フェノール樹脂発泡性組成物は更に無機充填剤からなり、前記無機充填剤は、25℃で測定されるイオン平衡溶解度積が1×10 -8 (Ksp)未満である金属水酸化物又は金属炭酸塩からなり、任意により、前記金属炭酸塩は炭酸カルシウムであり、任意により、前記炭酸カルシウムは平均粒度が100~300μm、好ましくは150~250μmであることと、
前記フェノール発泡体のpHはpH4又はそれ以上であることと、
前記フェノール樹脂発泡性組成物は更に難燃剤からなり、前記難燃剤は、有機リン化合物、及び無機リン化合物、例えばトリエチルホスフェート、ジフェニルホスファイト、ジエチルエチルホスホネート、ポリリン酸アンモニウム、及び赤リンからなる群から選択され、又は、三水和アルミニウム、ほう酸亜鉛、もしくはハロゲン化難燃剤であることと、
