Claims (8)
- 内側に中空部を有する管状の細胞構造体について前記中空部を維持しながら所定期間培養するための棒状の管状細胞構造体維持補助具であって、前記管状細胞構造体維持補助具は、
前記細胞構造体の前記中空部に挿入可能であって、前記中空部に挿入された際に前記管状細胞構造体維持補助具が前記細胞構造体の内面に密着可能となる外径と、
前記管状細胞構造体維持補助具の両端に開口を有し、その開口の間を貫通する貫通通路と、を備え、
前記管状細胞構造体維持補助具は、前記貫通通路から前記管状細胞構造体維持補助具の外面への酸素透過構造を有している管状細胞構造体維持補助具。 - 請求項1に記載の管状細胞構造体維持補助具であって、
前記酸素透過構造は前記管状細胞構造体維持補助具が酸素透過性材料による管状細胞構造体維持補助具。 - 請求項2に記載の管状細胞構造体維持補助具であって、
前記酸素透過性材料は、ジメチルポリシロキサンである管状細胞構造体維持補助具。 - 請求項1に記載の管状細胞構造体維持補助具であって、
前記管状細胞構造体維持補助具は、フッ素系樹脂材料でできていて、前記酸素透過構造は前記貫通通路から前記管状細胞構造体維持補助具の外面へ穿設された孔である管状細胞構造体維持補助具。 - 内側に中空部を有する管状の細胞構造体について前記中空部を維持しながら所定期間培養するための管状細胞構造体培養維持装置であって、前記管状細胞構造体培養維持装置は、
培養液を満たした培養チャンバであって、その培養液を前記培養チャンバの内部に導入する第一入口および第二入口と、その培養液を前記培養チャンバから排出する第一出口および第二出口と、を備える培養チャンバと、
前記培養液を還流させるポンプと、
前記第一出口から前記ポンプを経由して前記第一入口に流体的に連通する第一管路と、
前記第二出口から前記ポンプを経由して前記第二入口に流体的に連通して第二管路と、
前記細胞構造体の前記中空部に挿入可能な棒状体であって、前記棒状体の両端に開口を有し、その開口の間を貫通する貫通通路と、を有する棒状体と、
前記第二入口に取り付け可能なアダプタであって、前記貫通通路の一方の開口に挿入されて前記第二入口と流体的に連通可能なアダプタとを備え、
前記棒状体は、前記貫通通路から前記棒状体の外面への酸素透過構造を有し、前記中空部に挿入された際に前記棒状体が前記細胞構造体の内面に密着可能な外径を備える管状細胞構造体培養維持装置。 - 請求項5に記載の管状細胞構造体培養維持装置であって、
前記酸素透過構造は前記棒状体が酸素透過性材料による管状細胞構造体培養維持装置。 - 請求項6に記載の管状細胞構造体培養維持装置であって、
前記酸素透過性材料は、ジメチルポリシロキサンである管状細胞構造体培養維持装置。 - 請求項5に記載の管状細胞構造体培養維持装置であって、
前記棒状体は、フッ素系樹脂材料でできていて、前記酸素透過構造は前記貫通通路から前記棒状体の外面へ穿設された孔である管状細胞構造体培養維持装置。
