Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、実施の形態1に係る車載充電器の構成例を示す分解斜視図である。車載充電器は、主に、第1ダイカストケース10、AC−DCコンバータ11、第2ダイカストケース20、DC−DCコンバータ21、及び冷却パイプ30を含む。この車載充電器は、例えば、プラグインハイブリッド自動車(PHV)等に搭載されるOBC(On Board Charger)である。
冷却パイプ30の流路断面積30cは、厳密に一定である必要はなく、略一定であればよい。
Claims (4)
- AC−DCコンバータを収納する第1ダイカストケースと、
DC−DCコンバータを収納し、前記第1ダイカストケースに重ねられる第2ダイカストケースと、
前記第2ダイカストケースに当接する前記第1ダイカストケースの第1当接面に形成された、断面半円形の第1溝部と、
前記第1ダイカストケースに当接する前記第2ダイカストケースの第2当接面に形成された、断面半円形の第2溝部と、
前記第1溝部及び前記第2溝部によって構成される平面方向の空間に配置され、冷媒の流路になる冷却パイプとを備える車載充電器。 - 前記冷却パイプの流路断面積は一定であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載充電器。
- 前記第1溝部及び前記第2溝部と、前記冷却パイプとの間には、放熱グリスが塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載充電器。
- 前記冷却パイプの両端部は、継手形状であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の車載充電器。
