Claims (8)
- 流路軸線方向に延びる内部流路が形成されている弁本体と、前記内部流路内で弁軸を介して前記弁本体に前記流路軸線と垂直な回動軸線周りに回動可能に支持される円盤状の弁体と、前記内部流路の内周に取り付けられるシートリングとを備え、前記シートリングが閉弁時に前記弁体の外周縁部との間で前記内部流路をシールするシール面を形成し、前記回動軸線が前記シール面から前記流路軸線方向に偏心して位置するようになっている偏心型バタフライバルブであって、
前記弁軸が、第1の弁軸と第2の弁軸とによって構成されており、前記弁本体に、外周面から前記内部流路まで貫通して延び且つ第1の弁軸を回動可能に挿通する貫通軸穴と、第2の弁軸を回動可能に支持する有底軸穴とが形成され、前記弁体において前記回動軸線上の対向する位置に、それぞれ、嵌合穴と係止溝とが形成され、前記貫通軸穴を貫通して延びる前記第1の弁軸の先端部に設けられた嵌合部が前記嵌合穴に嵌合されることにより前記第1の弁軸が前記弁体と回転不能に連結されると共に、前記有底軸穴から突出する第2の弁軸の先端部に設けられた係止部が前記回動軸線と垂直な方向に前記係止溝に挿入されることにより前記第2の弁軸が前記弁体と回転不能に連結されるようになっていることを特徴とする偏心型バタフライバルブ。 - 前記係止部が前記有底軸穴内に位置する前記第2の弁軸の軸部に接続され且つ弁軸前記回動軸線と垂直な方向に延びるレール状部分であり、前記係止溝が前記係止部と相補的形状を有している、請求項1に記載の偏心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記レール状部分が、前記軸部との接続部分から先端に向かって広がるくさび形状断面を有している、請求項2に記載の偏心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記回動軸線が、さらに、前記内部流路の中心から偏心して位置する、請求項1に記載の偏心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記回動軸線が、さらに、前記内部流路の中心から偏心して位置する、請求項2に記載の偏心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記回動軸線が、さらに、前記内部流路の中心から偏心して位置する、請求項3に記載の偏心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記貫通軸穴の前記内部流路への開口部に隣接して、前記貫通軸穴の内周面と前記第1の弁軸の外周面とをシールする環状シール部材が配置されている、請求項1から請求項6の何れか一項に記載の偏心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記第1の弁軸の外部側の端部にフランジ部が設けられていると共に、前記貫通軸穴の外周側端部に環状凹部が形成されており、前記環状凹部と前記フランジ部との間に環状の平面シール部材が挟持されている、請求項7に記載の偏心型バタフライバルブ。
