Claims (5)
- 容器の内圧と外圧との差に応じて弁体が弁座から離座することにより該容器内の気体を開放する呼吸弁であって、
前記弁体に弁閉力を付与するばね部材と、
前記弁体に対して弁開側に圧力付与空間を形成する空間形成手段と、
前記圧力付与空間と前記容器の内側空間とを連通させる連通手段と、
前記弁体の弁開度が所定値未満である場合に前記圧力付与空間を前記容器の外側空間と区画するとともに前記所定値以上である場合に連通させる切換機構と、を備えることを特徴とする呼吸弁。 - 前記弁体は、前記弁座の弁ポートを塞ぐ板状の蓋部と、該蓋部から弁開側に向かって突出した第1筒部と、を有し、
前記空間形成手段は、第1筒部の外側又は内側に配置される第2筒部を有し、
前記切換機構は、前記第1筒部および前記第2筒部のうち一方に設けられるとともにこれらの間に配置されるパッキンと、他方に形成されるとともに前記パッキンと接触可能な接触部と、前記他方に形成されるとともに前記パッキンと接触不能な非接触部と、を有し、
前記パッキンは、前記弁開度が前記所定値未満である場合には前記接触部に対応するように位置し、前記弁開度が前記所定値以上である場合には前記非接触部に対応するように位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼吸弁。 - 前記連通手段は、前記蓋部に形成された1又は複数の貫通孔であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の呼吸弁。
- 前記パッキンと前記非接触部との隙間の合計面積が、前記貫通孔の合計面積よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の呼吸弁。
- 前記ばね部材は、前記第1筒部の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の呼吸弁。
