Abstract
Description
(1)溶射方式
コンプレッサハウジング本体部に対して溶射によりアブレイダブルシールとして機能する溶射層を直接形成したコンプレッサハウジング(特許文献1など)
(2)インサート成形方式
インサート成形によりコンプレッサハウジング本体部に対してアブレイダブルシールを直接形成したコンプレッサハウジング(特許文献2など)
(3)圧入方式
予め所定の形状に形成加工されたアブレイダブルシールが、コンプレッサハウジング本体部の内周部に圧入等されることで固定されたコンプレッサハウジング(特許文献3など)。
本発明の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法は、アブレイダブルシールの一部分である加熱対象領域を局所加熱する局所加熱工程と、コンプレッサハウジング本体部の装着固定面に、アブレイダブルシールを装着して固定する装着固定工程と、を少なくとも経て過給機用コンプレッサハウジングを製造し、装着固定工程において、装着固定面に設けられた溝部内へと、局所加熱された加熱対象領域を変形させながら挿入することを特徴とする。
先端部の表面が、アブレイダブルシールの表面のうち装着固定面と対向する面から先端部の表面を除いた部分の表面とは異なる表面性状を有することが好ましい。

第二の本発明の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングは、リング状のアブレイダブルシールと、リング状を成すと共に、内壁面の一部に装着固定面が設けられ、装着固定面にアブレイダブルシールが装着固定されたコンプレッサハウジング本体部とを、少なくとも備え、装着固定面には、溝部(但し、(a)ディンプル状の溝部、および、(b)コンプレッサインペラの回転方向に交差する方向に伸びた溝部において溝部の延在方向に対して直交する平面で切断した断面の溝部断面形状における溝部深さが溝部幅と同等またはこれよりも小さい溝部、を除く)が設けられており、溝部内に、アブレイダブルシールの一部分を構成する突出部が配置されており、突出部が、熱変形突出部であることを特徴とする。
第三の本発明の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングは、リング状のアブレイダブルシールと、リング状を成すと共に、内壁面の一部に装着固定面が設けられ、装着固定面に前記アブレイダブルシールが装着固定されたコンプレッサハウジング本体部とを、少なくとも備え、装着固定面には、深さDが0.3mm以上である溝部が設けられており、溝部内に、アブレイダブルシールの一部分を構成すると共に長さLが深さDの0.5倍〜1倍である突出部が配置されており、突出部が、熱変形突出部であることを特徴とする。
第四の本発明の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングは、リング状のアブレイダブルシールと、リング状を成すと共に、内壁面の一部に装着固定面が設けられ、装着固定面に前記アブレイダブルシールが装着固定されたコンプレッサハウジング本体部とを、少なくとも備え、装着固定面には、溝部が設けられており、溝部内に、アブレイダブルシールの一部分を構成する突出部が配置されており、さらに、溝部の内壁面の少なくとも一部に、微細な溝が形成されていることを特徴とする。
第一の本発明の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法は、リング状のアブレイダブルシールの一部分であり、かつ、周方向に沿って設けられた加熱対象領域を、熱エネルギーを前記加熱対象領域に選択的に付与して加熱する局所加熱装置を用いて局所加熱する局所加熱工程と、コンプレッサハウジング本体部の装着固定面に、アブレイダブルシールを装着して固定する装着固定工程と、を少なくとも経て過給機用コンプレッサハウジングを製造し、装着固定工程において、装着固定面に設けられた溝部内へと、局所加熱された加熱対象領域を変形させながら挿入することを特徴とする。
第二の本発明の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングは、リング状のアブレイダブルシールと、リング状を成すと共に、内壁面の一部に装着固定面が設けられ、装着固定面にアブレイダブルシールが装着固定されたコンプレッサハウジング本体部とを、少なくとも備え、装着固定面には、開口幅よりも深さの方が大きい溝部が設けられており、溝部内に、アブレイダブルシールの一部分を構成する突出部が配置されており、突出部が、熱変形突出部であることを特徴とする。
第三の本発明の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングは、リング状のアブレイダブルシールと、リング状を成すと共に、内壁面の一部に装着固定面が設けられ、装着固定面に前記アブレイダブルシールが装着固定されたコンプレッサハウジング本体部とを、少なくとも備え、装着固定面には、溝部が設けられており、溝部内に、アブレイダブルシールの一部分を構成する突出部が配置されており、さらに、溝部の内壁面の少なくとも一部に、シール機能を確保するための微細な溝が形成されていることを特徴とする。
Claims (19)
- アブレイダブルシールの一部分である加熱対象領域を局所加熱する局所加熱工程と、
コンプレッサハウジング本体部の装着固定面に、前記アブレイダブルシールを装着して固定する装着固定工程と、を少なくとも経て過給機用コンプレッサハウジングを製造し、
前記装着固定工程において、前記装着固定面に設けられた溝部内へと、局所加熱された前記加熱対象領域を変形させながら挿入することを特徴とする過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法。 - 前記局所加熱工程が、赤外線溶着機を用いて実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法。
- 前記局所加熱工程が、超音波溶着機を用いて実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法。
- 前記加熱対象領域が、前記アブレイダブルシールの本体部分から突出した突出部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法。
- 前記溝部として、前記コンプレッサハウジング本体部の径方向に対して成す角度が−45度以上60度以下の範囲内にある中心軸を有する径方向溝部を含み、
前記装着固定工程において、前記径方向溝部内へと、局所加熱された前記加熱対象領域を変形させながら挿入することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法。 - 前記溝部として、前記径方向溝部と、前記径方向溝部に近接する位置に設けられ、前記コンプレッサハウジング本体部の軸方向に対して成す角度が−30度を超え30度未満の範囲内にある中心軸を有する軸方向溝部とを含み、
前記装着固定工程において、前記径方向溝部内および前記軸方向溝部内の双方に、局所加熱された1つの前記加熱対象領域を変形させながら挿入することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法。 - 前記装着固定工程の実施前に、前記装着固定面および前記アブレイダブルシールの表面のうち前記装着固定面と対向する面から選択される少なくとも一方の面に、Oリングおよびシーリング材から選択される少なくともいずれか1つのシール用部材を配置するシール用部材配置工程を実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法。
- 前記装着固定工程の実施前に、前記溝部の内壁面の少なくとも一部に対してレーザービームを走査しながら照射することにより、微細な溝を形成する微細溝形成工程を実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジングの製造方法。
- リング状のアブレイダブルシールと、
リング状を成すと共に、内壁面の一部に装着固定面が設けられ、前記装着固定面に前記アブレイダブルシールが装着固定されたコンプレッサハウジング本体部とを、少なくとも備え、
前記装着固定面には、溝部が設けられており、
前記溝部内に、前記アブレイダブルシールの一部分を構成する突出部が配置されていることを特徴とする過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。 - 前記突出部が、熱変形突出部であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。
- 前記装着固定面と、前記アブレイダブルシールの表面のうち前記装着固定面と対向する面とで形成される全界面のうち、
前記溝部の内壁面のうち前記突出部の表面と密着する領域と、前記突出部の表面のうち前記内壁面と密着する領域とからなる第一界面領域内では、前記装着固定面の表面粗さ形状が、前記アブレイダブルシールの表面のうち前記装着固定面に対向する面の表面粗さ形状と、一致し、
前記全界面のうちから前記第一界面領域を除外した前記第二界面領域内では、前記装着固定面の表面粗さ形状が、前記アブレイダブルシールの表面のうち前記装着固定面に対向する面の表面粗さ形状と、一致していない部分が含まれることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。 - 前記アブレイダブルシールが、熱変形部と、非熱変形部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。
- 前記溝部内に配置された前記突出部の長さLが、0.15mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。
- 前記突出部の先端部と、前記溝部の底部とが離間しており、
前記先端部の表面が、前記アブレイダブルシールの表面のうち前記装着固定面と対向する面から前記先端部の表面を除いた部分の表面とは異なる表面性状を有することを特徴とする請求項9〜13のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。 - 前記溝部として、前記コンプレッサハウジング本体部の径方向に対して成す角度が−45度以上60度以下の範囲内にある中心軸を有する径方向溝部が含まれることを特徴とする請求項9〜14のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。
- 前記溝部として、前記径方向溝部と、前記径方向溝部に近接する位置に設けられ、前記コンプレッサハウジング本体部の軸方向に対して成す角度が−30度を超え30度未満の範囲内にある中心軸を有する軸方向溝部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。
- 前記コンプレッサハウジング本体部と、前記アブレイダブルシールとの界面には、Oリングおよびシーリング材から選択される少なくともいずれか1つのシール用部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9〜16のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。
- 前記溝部として、前記コンプレッサハウジング本体部の径方向に対して成す角度が−45度以上45度以下の範囲内にある中心軸を有する径方向溝部を含むと共に、前記コンプレッサハウジング本体部と、前記アブレイダブルシールとの界面には、Oリングおよびシーリング材から選択される少なくともいずれかのシール用部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9〜17のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。
- 前記溝部の内壁面の少なくとも一部に、微細な溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9〜18のいずれか1つに記載の過給機用コンプレッサハウジング。
