Claims (12)
- 互いに平行な一対の主面を有する板状の多孔質セラミック粒子であって、
前記一対の主面の一方の主面から他方の主面に向かって、前記一対の主面間の距離である粒子厚さの1/4の範囲の平均気孔率が、前記一対の主面の間の中央に位置する前記粒子厚さの1/2の範囲の平均気孔率よりも高い。 - 請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック粒子であって、
前記一方の主面に、前記一方の主面に開口する気孔よりも大きい複数の凹部が存在し、
厚さ方向において前記複数の凹部が存在する範囲が、0.5μm以上、かつ、前記粒子厚さの1/4以下である。 - 請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミック粒子であって、
前記一方の主面を含み、実質的に気孔が均一に存在する第1多孔質部と、
前記第1多孔質部に接し、前記一対の主面の間の中央に位置する前記粒子厚さの前記1/2の範囲を含み、実質的に気孔が均一に存在する第2多孔質部と、
