Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器の構成を示す横断面図である。図2は、図1の回路遮断器をII−II線矢印方向から見た断面図である。図3は、図2のIII部を拡大して示す断面図である。図4は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器におけるフレキシブル導体と接続導体との接続箇所を拡大して示す横断面図である。
以下、本発明の実施の形態2に係る回路遮断器について図を参照して説明する。なお、本発明の実施の形態2に係る回路遮断器は、連通路の形状のみ実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器100と異なるため、実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器100と同様である構成については説明を繰り返さない。
以下、本発明の実施の形態3に係る回路遮断器について図を参照して説明する。なお、本発明の実施の形態3に係る回路遮断器は、還流路をさらに含む点が主に実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器100と異なるため、実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器100と同様である構成については説明を繰り返さない。
以下、本発明の実施の形態4に係る回路遮断器について図を参照して説明する。なお、本発明の実施の形態4に係る回路遮断器は、ヒートパイプがループ状である点が主に実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器100と異なるため、実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器100と同様である構成については説明を繰り返さない。
以下、本発明の実施の形態5に係る回路遮断器について図を参照して説明する。なお、本発明の実施の形態5に係る回路遮断器は、還流路をさらに含む点が主に実施の形態4に係る回路遮断器400と異なるため、実施の形態4に係る回路遮断器400と同様である構成については説明を繰り返さない。
以下、本発明の実施の形態6に係る回路遮断器について図を参照して説明する。なお、本発明の実施の形態6に係る回路遮断器は、内部導体を間に挟むようにヒートパイプの内部導体側の部分が分岐している点が主に実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器100と異なるため、実施の形態1に係る回路遮断器100と同様である構成については説明を繰り返さない。
以下、本発明の実施の形態7に係る回路遮断器について図を参照して説明する。なお、本発明の実施の形態7に係る回路遮断器は、ヒートパイプの内部導体側の部分がループ状に形成されている点が主に実施の形態6に係る回路遮断器600と異なるため、実施の形態6に係る回路遮断器600と同様である構成については説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (5)
- 延在方向を有する内部導体と、
前記内部導体に間隔をあけて前記内部導体の外周を囲む外部導体と、
前記延在方向に互いに間隔をあけて前記内部導体の外周に一端が接続され、可撓性を有する複数のフレキシブル導体と、
前記外部導体の内側に設けられ、前記複数のフレキシブル導体の他端と1対1で対応するように接続された複数の接続導体と、
前記複数の接続導体の各々と接続され、かつ、前記外部導体の外側に引き出され、内部に冷媒を収容したヒートパイプと、
前記ヒートパイプの前記外部導体の外側に引き出されている部分の外周に設けられた放熱体とを備え、
前記ヒートパイプは、前記外部導体の内側に位置する絶縁中空体を含み、該絶縁中空体によって前記ヒートパイプの外部導体側の部分と内部導体側の部分との間が絶縁されており、
前記ヒートパイプは、前記複数の接続導体の各々と前記絶縁中空体との間を接続する複数の区間を有し、かつ、前記ヒートパイプの前記複数の接続導体の各々と接続されている部分同士を連結して前記複数の区間を互いに連通させる連通路をさらに含む、回路遮断器。 - 前記連通路は、前記複数の区間の各々に対して下降しつつ接するように傾斜している部分を含む、請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記ヒートパイプは、前記外部導体側の部分において1本になっており、かつ、前記内部導体側の部分において分岐して前記複数の接続導体の各々と接続されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記ヒートパイプは、前記外部導体の外側に引き出されている部分と前記連通路とを連結する還流路をさらに含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記複数のフレキシブル導体と前記複数の接続導体とが、伝熱性および電気絶縁性を有する絶縁層を互いの間に挟んで接続されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の回路遮断器。
