Claims (13)
- 回転に伴い軸方向の流れを軸に対して交差する方向に偏向するインペラ(12)と、
前記インペラ(12)を囲むハウジング(14)と、
前記インペラ(12)と前記ハウジング(14)との間に配置され、前記インペラ(12)によって生じた前記軸に対して交差する方向の流れを偏向する整流板(44)と、を備え、
前記整流板(44)は、前記インペラ(12)の外周部に隣接して配置された整流開始部(44a)を有する、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記整流板(44)は、前記ハウジング(14)の内周面から内方に向かって突出している、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記ハウジング(14)の内側に配置された支持部材(19)を備え、
前記整流板(44)は、前記支持部材(19)の外周面から外方に向かって突出している、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記整流開始部(44a)は、前記軸を中心とする周方向、又は前記周方向に対して傾斜する方向に延在する、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記整流板(44)は、前記軸に対して交差する方向の流れを軸方向に偏向する、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記整流板(44)は、前記整流開始部(44a)及び前記インペラ(12)よりも下流側に配置された整流終了部(44b)を有する、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項6記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記整流終了部(44b)は、軸方向に延在する、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項7記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記整流板(44)は、前記整流開始部(44a)と前記整流終了部(44b)との間に、前記インペラ(12)よりも下流側に位置するとともに周方向に対して傾斜する方向に延在する中間整流部(44c)を有する、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項8記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記整流開始部(44a)、前記中間整流部(44c)及び前記整流終了部(44b)は、一連に繋がっている、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記整流板(44)は、周方向に間隔を置いて複数配置されている、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項10記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記インペラ(12)は、放射状に配置された羽根(26)を有し、
前記整流板(44)の枚数は、周方向における前記羽根(26)の枚数よりも多い、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記ポンプ(10)は、前記インペラ(12)によって軸方向の流れを径方向に偏向する遠心型ポンプの形態を有する、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ(10)において、
前記ポンプ(10)は、心機能低下を補助するために心臓に挿入される血液ポンプ(10A)の形態を有する、
ことを特徴とするポンプ(10)。
