Description
温調した水を供給する熱源機と、前記熱源機から供給された水と室内から取り込んだ空気の熱交換を行う空調機と、前記熱源機と前記空調機との間で水を循環させる水循環手段とを備える空調システムであって、
前記室内の湿度の上昇に応じて、供給する水の温度が低くなるように前記熱源機を制御し、前記室内の温度の上昇に応じて、前記空調機から前記熱源機へ戻る水の温度が低くなるように前記水循環手段の吐出量を制御する水温度調整手段を備える。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空調システムの全体構成を示す図である。この空調システムは、オフィスビル等の建物の空調を冷水又は温水(以下、冷温水という。)によって行うシステムであり、熱源機1と、空調機2と、水循環装置3と、空調制御装置4とから構成される。
続いて、本発明の実施の形態2について説明する。なお、以下の説明において、実施の形態1と共通する構成要素等については、同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
Claims (8)
- 温調した水を供給する熱源機と、前記熱源機から供給された水と室内から取り込んだ空気の熱交換を行う空調機と、前記熱源機と前記空調機との間で水を循環させる水循環手段とを備える空調システムであって、
前記室内の湿度の上昇に応じて、供給する水の温度が低くなるように前記熱源機を制御し、前記室内の温度の上昇に応じて、前記空調機から前記熱源機へ戻る水の温度が低くなるように前記水循環手段の吐出量を制御する水温度調整手段を備える、空調システム。 - 温調した水を供給する熱源機と、前記熱源機から供給された水と室内から取り込んだ空気の熱交換を行う空調機と、前記熱源機と前記空調機との間で水を循環させる水循環手段とを備える空調システムであって、
前記室内の潜熱負荷の上昇に応じて、供給する水の温度が低くなるように前記熱源機を制御し、前記室内の顕熱負荷の上昇に応じて、前記空調機から前記熱源機へ戻る水の温度が低くなるように前記水循環手段の吐出量を制御する水温度調整手段を備える、空調システム。 - 前記水温度調整手段は、一定時間毎に、前記空調機の潜熱能力を算出し、算出した潜熱能力と前記室内の湿度とを関連付けたデータを生成する処理を繰り返し行うことで、前記室内の潜熱負荷と前記室内の湿度との相関関係を学習し、一定時間毎に、前記空調機の顕熱能力を算出し、算出した顕熱能力と前記室内の温度とを関連付けたデータを生成する処理を繰り返し行うことで、前記室内の顕熱負荷と前記室内の温度との相関関係を学習する学習手段を備える、請求項2に記載の空調システム。
- 前記学習手段は、前記空調機によって吸い込まれる空気の湿度と、前記空調機から吹き出される空気の湿度と、前記空調機から吹き出される空気の風量とに基づいて前記空調機の潜熱能力を算出し、前記空調機によって吸い込まれる空気の温度と、前記空調機から吹き出される空気の温度と、前記空調機から吹き出される空気の風量とに基づいて前記空調機の顕熱能力を算出する、請求項3に記載の空調システム。
- 前記水温度調整手段は、
在室人数と、前記室内及び室外の湿度と、前記室内の換気風量とに基づいて、前記室内の潜熱負荷を検出する潜熱負荷検出手段と、
前記在室人数と、前記室内で消費される電力と、前記室内及び室外の温度と、前記換気風量とに基づいて、前記室内の顕熱負荷を検出する顕熱負荷検出手段と、を備える、請求項3に記載の空調システム。 - 温調した水を供給する熱源機と、前記熱源機と空調機との間で水を循環させる水循環手段とを制御する空調制御装置であって、
室内の湿度の上昇に応じて、供給する水の温度が低くなるように前記熱源機を制御し、前記室内の温度の上昇に応じて、前記空調機から前記熱源機へ戻る水の温度が低くなるように前記水循環手段の吐出量を制御する、空調制御装置。 - 温調した水を供給する熱源機と、前記熱源機から供給された水と室内から吸い込んだ空気の熱交換を行う空調機と、前記熱源機と前記空調機との間で水を循環させる水循環手段とを備える空調システムによって実行される空調方法であって、
前記室内の湿度の上昇に応じて、供給する水の温度が低くなるように前記熱源機を制御し、前記室内の温度の上昇に応じて、前記空調機から前記熱源機へ戻る水の温度が低くなるように前記水循環手段の吐出量を制御する、空調方法。 - 温調した水を供給する熱源機と、前記熱源機と空調機との間で水を循環させる水循環手段とを制御するコンピュータに、
室内の湿度の上昇に応じて、供給する水の温度が低くなるように前記熱源機を制御し、前記室内の温度の上昇に応じて、前記空調機から前記熱源機へ戻る水の温度が低くなるように前記水循環手段を制御する処理を実行させる、プログラム。
