Claims (11)
- アルミナ(Al2O3)と、炭化タングステン(WC)と、を含有するセラミック組成物であって、
周期表の4〜6族に属する遷移金属、イットリウム(Y)、スカンジウム(Sc)及びランタノイドから選択される少なくとも1つの元素によって形成された原子層が、アルミナ(Al2O3)結晶粒子と炭化タングステン(WC)結晶粒子との結晶粒界に存在する ことを特徴とするセラミック組成物。 - 前記原子層は、前記結晶粒界において、アルミナ(Al2O3)結晶粒子、または、炭化タングステン(WC)結晶粒子の配列周期に沿って形成されている ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミック組成物。
- 前記原子層は、前記結晶粒界において、炭化タングステン(WC)結晶粒子の(100)面の配列周期に沿って形成されている ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のセラミック組成物。
- 前記原子層は、前記結晶粒界において、炭化タングステン(WC)結晶粒子の(100)面の1配列分の厚みで形成されている ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載のセラミック組成物。
- 前記原子層は、前記少なくとも1つの元素として、ジルコニウム(Zr)を含む ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載のセラミック組成物。
- 前記原子層は、前記少なくとも1つの元素として、周期表の4〜6族に属する遷移金属(ジルコニウム(Zr)を除く)、イットリウム(Y)、スカンジウム(Sc)及びランタノイドから選択される少なくとも1つの元素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載のセラミック組成物
- 請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載のセラミック組成物を含む切削工具。
- 請求項7に記載のセラミック組成物を含む、鉄系又はチタン系の被削材加工用の切削工具。
- 請求項7に記載のセラミック組成物を含み、
切削工具にチップブレーカーが形成されている事を特徴とする、
切削工具 - 請求項7に記載の切削工具であり、
切削工具にチップブレーカーが形成されている事を特徴とする、
鉄系又はチタン系の被削材加工用の切削工具。 - 請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載のセラミック組成物を含む摩擦攪拌接合用工具。
