Claims (8)
- 検体に対して前処理を行う前処理装置と、
前記検体を収容した少なくとも1つの検体容器を搭載可能な検体容器キャリアを搬送する主搬送ラインと、
前記主搬送ラインに隣接し、互いに千鳥配置となるように配置されるとともに、前記主搬送ラインとの間で前記検体容器キャリアの授受が可能なように設置され、他の搬送ラインを介さずに単独で前記検体容器キャリアを循環搬送可能な複数の環状搬送ラインと
を備えたことを特徴とする検体検査自動化システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体検査自動化システムにおいて、
前記環状搬送ラインは、前記主搬送ラインの中途に隣接して配置されたことを特徴とする検体検査自動化システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体検査自動化システムにおいて、
前記環状搬送ラインは、前記主搬送ラインの前記検体容器キャリアの搬送における上流側端部または下流側端部に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする検体検査自動化システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体検査自動化システムにおいて、
前記前処理装置は、前記検体容器に収容された前記検体に前処理を施す前処理部を前記環状搬送ライン上に配置したことを特徴とする検体検査自動化システム。 - 請求項4記載の検体検査自動化システムにおいて、
前記環状搬送ラインを搬送される前記検体容器キャリアに搭載された検体容器の検体の優先度に応じて、前記前処理部を通過させて前記環状搬送ラインを循環させるか、前記前処理部で停止させて前処理を実施するかを切り換える制御部を備えたことを特徴とする検体検査自動化システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体検査自動化システムにおいて、
前記環状搬送ラインは、
前記主搬送ラインに隣接して配置された第1の環状搬送ラインと、
前記第1の環状搬送ラインよりも内側に配置され、前記第1の環状搬送ラインとの間で前記検体容器キャリアを授受可能に設けられた第2の環状搬送ラインと
を備えたことを特徴とする検体検査自動化システム。 - 請求項6記載の検体検査自動化システムにおいて、
前記環状搬送ラインは、前記第1の環状搬送ラインを搬送される第一の検体容器キャリアおよび前記第2の環状搬送ラインを搬送される第二の検体容器キャリアの間で検体を分注する分注手段を備えた、検体検査自動化システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体検査自動化システムにおいて、
前記環状搬送ラインは、円板状の搬送ディスクと、当該搬送ディスクを回転させるモータと、当該搬送ディスクの上方に設けられ環状搬送ラインによって搬送される検体容器キャリアの搬送方向をガイドするガイドレールからなる、検体検査自動化システム。
