Abstract
Description
実施の形態1について、まず図1Aと図2Aを用いて説明する。図1Aは、本開示の実施の形態1における溶接前後の接合構造を説明するための断面図である。図2Aは、本開示の実施の形態1におけるレーザ溶接時の接合状況を説明するための斜視図である。図1Aは、第1の材料1と、第2の材料2と、第3の材料3との接合構造を示している。また、図1Aは、図2Aの1A−1A線断面図であり、上板としての第1の材料1が円形状である接合構造を示すものである。
次に、実施の形態2について、図1Cを用いて説明する。図1Cは、本開示の実施の形態2における溶接前後の接合構造を説明するための断面図である。なお、実施の形態1と重複する部分は説明を省略する。本実施の形態において、実施の形態1と異なる点は、第1の材料1には突起部14が有るが、第2の材料2には突起部14が無い点である。第2の材料2に突起部14の加工が無いことで材料の加工費用の削減が可能となる。また、第1の材料1と第3の材料3との位置が第2の材料2の位置ズレに影響されない利点がある。本実施の形態においても、実施の形態1と同様に、第2のギャップ5を設けてレーザ溶接することで、溶接部8の凝固収縮が圧縮力6となり、第1の材料1と第2の材料2との間に挟まれた第3の材料3を圧縮固定する。
次に、実施の形態3について、図1Aを用いて説明する。レーザ7が板厚方向から突起部14に照射する照射領域は、エンボス形状の突起部14の径または幅に対して小さい。つまり、レーザ7を照射する方向から見て、レーザ7の突起部14に対する照射領域は、突起部14が設けられた突起内縁部10の領域より小さい。言い換えると突起部14に対応する突起内縁部10の領域より小さい。本実施の形態では、突起部14の突起内縁部10より、例えば径または幅で2mm程度での所定の距離を有して小さい。
次に、実施の形態4について、図1Dを用いて説明する。これまでと重複する部分は説明を省略する。実施の形態1,2と異なる点は、第1の材料1と第2の材料2の突起部14間の板厚方向の隙間である第2のギャップ5が大きい場合、スペーサ13を用いて第2のギャップ5を小さくする点である。スペーサ13の材質は、第1の材料1および第2の材料2のそれぞれに対して溶接が可能な同種系の金属材とし、スペーサ13は第2の材料2の貫通穴12の内部に配置される。この構成によれば、レーザ7が照射されて溶接される際の、第3の材料3の貫通穴12内での第2のギャップ5を小さくすることができる。スペーサ13の板厚は、スペーサ13が配置された場合の第2のギャップ5の大きさが、レーザ7に照射される上板となる第1の材料1の板厚tの最大30〜38%以下となるように設定する。なお、スペーサ13が配置された場合の第2のギャップ5の大きさとは、第1の材料1と第2の材料2との間にスペーサ13が配置された場合のスペーサ13と第1の材料1との板厚方向の隙間である。

Claims (4)
- 第1の材料と、
前記第1の材料と溶接可能な同種系の金属材からなる第2の材料と、
前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料の間に少なくとも一部が挟まっており、挟まっている部分に貫通部を有し、前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料のそれぞれに対して溶接が困難な材質からなる第3の材料と、を備え、
前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料が前記貫通部を介して溶接された接合構造であって、
前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料の少なくとも一方には、前記貫通部に挿入された突起部が設けられて、かつ、前記貫通部の内周面と前記突起部の間には第1のギャップが設けられ、かつ、板厚方向における前記突起部に対応する領域において、前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料の間に、前記領域における前記第1の材料の板厚に応じた第2のギャップが設けられており、前記第2のギャップの大きさが、0.1mm以上、かつ前記領域における前記第1の材料の板厚の38%以下の状態で、前記第1の材料側からレーザ光を照射して前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料を溶接してなる接合構造。 - 前記内周面は、
前記レーザ光による前記突起部に対しての溶接入熱により間接的に入熱され、溶融し、前記突起部の外周側に密着固定されている請求項1に記載の接合構造。 - 前記レーザ光を照射する方向から見て、前記レーザ光の前記突起部に対する照射領域は、前記突起部の突起内縁部の領域より小さい請求項1に記載の接合構造。
- 前記貫通部内における前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料との間に前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料のそれぞれに対して溶接可能な材料からなるスペーサが配置され、前記スペーサの厚みは、前記領域における前記第1の材料の板厚より小さく、前記第2のギャップの大きさに応じた厚みである、請求項1に記載の接合構造。
