Claims (5)
- 溶融樹脂をキャビティに供給するためのランナーブッシュを設けている固定金型と、
上記固定金型上に配設され、射出成形機のノズルを接続させるスプルーとこのスプルーから上記ランナーブッシュに向かって分岐したランナーとを設けているマニホールドと、 上記スプルーの下方の固定金型とマニホールドとの間の隙間に介装している受圧片と、 上記マニホールド内に各ランナーに沿って配設され、上記マニホールドにおける上記スプルー側の領域を加熱する第1ヒータ部分と上記ランナーブッシュ側の領域を加熱する第2ヒータ部分と上記スプルー側の領域とランナーブッシュ側の領域間の中間領域を加熱する第3ヒータ部分とを有するカートリッジヒータとを備えてあり、
このカートリッジヒータにおける上記第3ヒータ部分の発熱温度を溶融樹脂の溶融温度を保持し得る温度に設定していると共に上記第1、第2ヒータ部分の発熱温度をこの第3ヒータ部分の加熱温度よりも高い温度に設定していることを特徴とする射出成形用金型。 - カートリッジヒータにおいて、マニホールドのランナーブッシュ側の領域を加熱する第2ヒータ部分の発熱温度を、スプルー側の領域を加熱する第1ヒータ部分の加熱温度よりも高い温度に設定していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形用金型。
- マニホールド内におけるランナーブッシュ側の領域に温度センサーを配設していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形用金型。
- 第1ヒータ部分によって加熱されるスプルー側の領域におけるマニホールドと固定金型との間の隙間部分に介在され、マニホールド側から固定金型側に放熱するためのスペーサ部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形用金型。
- ランナーブッシュは、上端部に固定金型とマニホールドとの間の隙間よりも厚みが薄い鍔部、及び、上記鍔部から上方の上端部外周面に形成され且つマニホールドに設けている螺子孔に螺合させる螺子部を有し、上記螺子部を上記螺子孔に螺合させて、上記鍔部をマニホールドの下面に圧接させた状態にしてランナーブッシュをマニホールドに取付けていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形用金型。
