Abstract
Description
前述の通り、検体トレイの検体容器架設部は、最小収容本数のトレイの縦横整数倍であれば、n行×m列にて自由に構成可能としているが、検体容器架設部間の距離(ピッチ)および、検体容器端面からの距離については規則化されている。検体容器架設部は例えば以下のような関係が成り立つように配置されている。

d1:検体トレイの第一の側面(図6における上面)から第一の側面に最近接する検体容器架設部までの距離214、
d2:検体トレイの第二の側面(第一の側面に対向する側面、図6における下面)から第二の側面に最近接する検体容器架設部までの距離215、
p1:検体容器架設部間の一方向(第一の側面及び第二の側面に垂直な方向、図6における上下方向)の距離(ピッチ)216、
d3:検体トレイの第三の側面(図6における左面)から第三の側面に最近接する検体容器架設部までの距離217、
d4:検体トレイの第四の側面(第三の側面に対向する側面、図6における右面)から第四の側面に最近接する検体容器架設部までの距離218、

Claims (8)
- 検体容器を保持する検体容器架設部を複数備えた検体トレイであって大きさの異なる複数の種類の検体トレイと、
前記検体容器を搬送ラインと前記検体トレイとの間で移送する検体容器移載機構と、
前記複数の種類の検体トレイを設置可能な検体トレイ設置部と、
を有することを特徴とする検体投入または収納ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の検体投入または収納ユニットにおいて、
前記検体トレイに取り付けられた識別情報タグと、
前記検体トレイ設置部の直下に配置され、前記検体トレイの種類を識別する情報を読み取る識別情報リーダと、
を有することを特徴とする検体投入または収納ユニット。 - 請求項2に記載の検体投入または収納ユニットにおいて、
前記識別情報タグは前記識別情報リーダから所定距離範囲内に位置する場合に読み取り可能となるものであることを特徴とする検体投入または収納ユニット。 - 請求項3に記載の検体投入または収納ユニットにおいて、
前記検体トレイ設置部は引き出し式であって、
前記識別情報リーダは、正常に配置された前記検体トレイの前記識別情報タグが、前記検体トレイ設置部を閉めたときに前記識別情報リーダから所定距離範囲内に位置するように配置されることを特徴とする検体投入または収納ユニット。 - 請求項3に記載の検体投入または収納ユニットにおいて、
前記識別情報リーダは複数設けられ、
前記複数の識別情報リーダの読み取り成功または失敗の組み合わせに基づいて、前記検体トレイが配置された位置を判定することを特徴とする検体投入または収納ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の検体投入または収納ユニットにおいて、
前記複数の種類の検体トレイにおける縦および横の検体収納数は、最小の大きさの検体トレイの縦および横の検体収納数の整数倍であることを特徴とする検体投入または収納ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の検体投入または収納ユニットにおいて、
前記検体トレイ設置部は、前記検体トレイの底面に設けられた凹部又は凸部と係合する凸部または凹部を有する
ことを特徴とする検体投入または収納ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の検体投入または収納ユニットにおいて、
前記複数の検体容器架設部は、
d1:前記検体トレイの第一の側面から、当該第一の側面に最近接する検体容器架設部までの距離、
d2:前記検体トレイの前記第一の側面に対向する第二の側面から、当該第二の側面に最近接する検体容器架設部までの距離、
p1:前記検体容器架設部間の、前記第一の側面および前記第二の側面に垂直な方向の距離、
d3:前記検体トレイの第三の側面から、当該第三の側面に最近接する検体容器架設部までの距離、
d4:前記検体トレイの前記第三の側面に対向する第四の側面から、当該第四の側面に最近接する検体容器架設部までの距離、
p2:前記検体容器架設部間の、前記第三の側面および前記第四の側面に垂直な方向の距離、
とするとき、
p1>d1+d2 および p2>d3+d4
が成り立つ関係で配置されていることを特徴とする検体投入または収納ユニット。
