Claims (3)
- 内部に形成した円筒状の圧力室にエア供給口およびエア排出口を設けたシリンダと、前記圧力室の内径よりも小さくかつ断面が真円に形成されているロータと、このロータの外周面において放射方向に形成される複数個の溝内にその放射方向に摺動可能に嵌合されているベーンとからなっており、前記ロータの中心位置が前記シリンダ内部に形成された圧力室の偏心位置になるように組合せ、上記エア供給口から供給される高圧エアをロータおよびベーンとシリンダ内に形成される空間に供給することによりロータを回転する構造のベーン式エアモータにおいて、
前記圧力室における前記エア排出口と前記エア供給口との間の断面が前記ロータの外周面に重合する小径円弧に形成されているとともに前記小径円弧の両端に連続して前記ロータの径よりも大きな径を有する真円の大径円弧が連続して形成されており、且つ前記エア排出口と前記エア供給口が前記小径円弧と大径円弧の重合部の両端位置にそれぞれ隙間なく配置されていることを特徴とするベーン式エアモータ。 - 前記ロータに形成される溝に嵌合されているベーンが前記溝の基端に供給される高圧エアにより突出される構成であるとともに前記高圧エアが予め定めたロータの回転位置において連続して供給されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベーン式エアモータ。
- 前記圧力室の前記エア排出口の上流側に膨出部が連続して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のベーン式エアモータ。
