Abstract
Description
図1から図6は、本発明の内視鏡挿入部を備えた内視鏡の一態様に係り、図1は内視鏡の構成を示す斜視図、図2は挿入部の先端部の構成を示す断面図、図3は挿入部の湾曲部の構成を示す斜視図、図4は湾曲パイプの構成を示す断面図、図5は湾曲部が所定の角度に湾曲した状態を示す断面図、図6は湾曲部が最大湾曲した状態を示す断面図である。
図2に示すように、先端部6は、内部に撮像装置を構成する撮像ユニット30が配設されている。この撮像ユニット30は、硬質な先端部本体である先端硬性部材21に嵌挿配置され、接着剤と共に、側面方向から固定部材であるセットビス22により先端硬性部材21に強固に固定される。
なお、以下の説明における上下とは、撮像ユニット30によって撮像した被検体像がモニタなどに表示される画像における上下方向と一致し、この上下方向に応じて操作部3に設けられた第1の湾曲レバー13によって湾曲部7が上下方向に湾曲する。
Claims (4)
- 処置具を挿通する処置具チャンネルが配設され、周方向に複数のスロットが形成されると共に内周部にワイヤを保持する複数のストリングガイドが設けられて、先端部分に第1の管状部位、中途部分に第2の管状部位および基端部分に第3の管状部位を備えた管状部材を具備し、
前記第1の管状部位に形成された複数の第1のスロットの第1の間隔を前記第2の部位に形成された複数の第2のスロットの第2の間隔よりも小さくすると共に、前記第3の管状部位に形成された複数の第3のスロットの第3の間隔も前記複数の第2のスロットの間隔よりも小さくして前記第2の管状部位の曲げ剛性を前記第1の管状部位および前記第3の管状部位の曲げ剛性よりも高くし、
前記第1のスロットの幅と前記第1の間隔、前記第2のスロットの幅と前記第2の間隔および前記第3のスロットの幅と前記第3の間隔の寸法比率を同一にして、最大湾曲時の全体の曲率半径が均一となるようにしたことを特徴とする内視鏡湾曲部。 - 前記複数のスロットは、前記管状部材の長手方向に対して直交する方向の上下の位置に互い違いに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡湾曲部。
- 前記第1の間隔は、前記第3の間隔よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の内視鏡湾曲部。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の内視鏡湾曲部を有する挿入部と、
前記挿入部に連設され、前記ワイヤを牽引弛緩操作する操作部材が設けられた操作部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡。
