Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態における電力制御システム1000の構成を示すブロック図である。図1を参照すると、電力制御システム1000は、電力管理装置300と、制御区分400に備えられた電力監視制御装置100と、制御区分410に備えられた電力監視制御装置110と、制御区分420に備えられた電力監視制御装置120と、を備える。また、電力管理装置300と電力監視制御装置100、110、120とは通信網200で接続されている。また、図1に記載された電力制御システム1000における制御区分および電力監視制御装置は3つであるが、通信網200を介して電力管理装置300と接続される電力監視制御装置の個数は3つに限らず幾つでもよい。また、制御区分400、410、420は家屋や事務所など、電力をひとまとめに制御する一つの区分である。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。以下、本実施形態の説明が不明確にならない範囲で、前述の説明と重複する内容については説明を省略する。
具体的に計算すると、制御区分400の報酬は、150,000×(0.8)/(0.8+0.6+0.4)=66,667円となる。なお、同様に計算して、制御区分410の報酬は、50,000円、制御区分420の報酬は、33,333円となる。

Claims (8)
- 電力管理装置と、各制御区分に備えられる電力監視制御装置とを備え、
前記電力監視制御装置は、
前記各制御区分における貢献度を設定する貢献度設定手段と、
前記電力管理装置からの制御命令に基づき、前記各制御区分において接続するべき各電力使用機器の消費電力を制御する機器制御手段と
前記各電力使用機器の電力削減に対する優先度を設定する優先度管理手段と、
前記優先度管理手段が設定する前記各電力使用機器の優先度を取得し、前記電力管理装置に送信する機器監視手段と、
を備え、
前記電力管理装置は、
全ての前記制御区分の合計消費電力の目標値と、前記各制御区分に備えられる前記電力監視制御装置より取得され前記貢献度設定手段が設定する貢献度と、前記各制御区分に備えられる前記電力監視制御装置の前記機器監視手段から取得される前記各電力使用機器の優先度とに基づき、接続する前記各電力使用機器を制御する前記制御命令を決定し、決定した前記制御命令を前記各電力監視制御装置へ送信する

電力削減に対する報酬の前記各制御区分の分配金額を、前記各制御区分の前記電力監視制御装置より取得されるそれぞれの前記貢献度設定手段が設定する貢献度に基づき計算する報酬分配計算手段をさらに含む請求項1に記載の電力制御システム。 - 接続するべき全ての制御区分の合計消費電力の目標値と、各制御区分に備えられる電力監視制御装置で設定される貢献度と、前記各制御区分に備えられる前記電力監視制御装置から取得される各電力使用機器に対する優先度とに基づき、接続するべき前記各電力使用機器を制御する制御命令を決定し、決定した前記制御命令を前記各電力監視制御装置へ送信する
電力管理装置。 - 所属する制御区分における貢献度を設定する貢献度設定手段と、
上位装置からの制御命令に基づき、前記制御区分において接続するべき電力使用機器の消費電力を制御する機器制御手段と
前記電力使用機器の電力削減に対する優先度を設定する優先度管理手段と、
前記優先度管理手段が設定する前記電力使用機器の優先度を取得し、前記上位装置に送信する機器監視手段と、
を備える電力監視制御装置。 - 電力監視制御装置は、所属する制御区分の貢献度を設定し、
前記制御区分における各電力使用機器の電力削減に対する優先度を設定し、
電力管理装置は、接続するべき全ての前記制御区分の合計消費電力の目標電力と、前記各制御区分に備えられる前記電力監視制御装置で設定される貢献度と、前記優先度と、に基づき、接続するべき前記各電力使用機器を制御する制御命令を決定し、決定した前記制御命令を前記電力監視制御装置へ送信し、
前記電力監視制御装置は、前記電力管理装置からの前記制御命令に基づき、接続するべき前記各電力使用機器の消費電力を制御する
電力制御方法。 - 前記電力管理装置は、電力削減に対する報酬の前記各制御区分の分配金額を、前記各制御区分の前記電力監視制御装置で設定される貢献度に基づき計算する請求項5に記載の電力制御方法。
- 接続するべき全ての制御区分の合計消費電力の目標電力と、各制御区分に備えられる前記電力監視制御装置で設定される貢献度と前記各制御区分に備えられる前記各電力使用機器の電力削減に対する優先度と、に基づき、接続するべき前記各電力使用機器を制御する制御命令を決定し、決定した前記制御命令を前記電力監視制御装置へ送信する処理をコンピュータに実行させるプログラムを記録した記録媒体。
- 電力削減に対する報酬の前記各制御区分の分配金額を、前記各制御区分の前記電力監視制御装置で設定される貢献度に基づき計算する処理をコンピュータに実行させるプログラムを記録した請求項7に記載の記録媒体。
