Abstract
Description
上述の実施の形態では第3保持部のH方向の高さを電池10の長手方向の高さの1/3で構成する例を説明した。この点、第3保持部のH方向の高さを電池10の長手方向の高さの1/3とは異なるように構成してもよい。

複数の電池と、前記複数の電池の各正極側を一方側に揃え各負極側を他方側に揃え、所定の配置関係で整列配置する保持部を備え、前記保持部は、前記複数の電池の長手方向の外周面のうち、前記一方側の一部を覆うように前記複数の電池を保持する、絶縁性を有する材料で形成されている第1保持部と、前記複数の電池の長手方向の外周面のうち、前記他方側の一部を覆うように前記複数の電池を保持する、絶縁性を有する材料で形成されている第2保持部と、前記複数の電池の長手方向の外周面のうち、前記第1保持部及び前記第2保持部に覆われていない領域を覆うように前記複数の電池を保持する、熱伝導性を有する材料で形成されている第3保持部を含む、電池ブロック。
[項目2]
前記第3保持部の側面部は電池の側面輪郭に沿って凸領域と凹領域を有する波型形状で形成されており、前記凹領域において、前記第3保持部を挟み込むように、前記第1保持部と前記第2保持部は係止されている、項目1に記載の電池ブロック。
[項目3]
前記第1保持部及び前記第2保持部には、平面部と側壁部で区画された前記複数の電池を収納する収納部が形成されており、前記側壁部には、内側に突出するようにリブが形成されている、項目2に記載の電池ブロック。
[項目4]
前記所定の配置関係は、前記複数の電池を配置するときに、隣接する前記電池の間の隙間を最小にする千鳥型の配置関係である、項目3に記載の電池ブロック。
[項目5]
前記平面部は、前記複数の電池の正極端子又は負極端子に対応する位置に複数の貫通孔が形成されており、前記複数の電池の正極側あるいは負極側と当接される前記第1面と前記第1面と対向する第2面を有し、前記第2面上の前記複数の貫通孔が形成されていない領域に、前記千鳥型に配置される前記複数の電池の列が配置された方向に延伸し、前記複数の電池を電気的に接続する集電板が配置されている、項目4に記載の電池ブロック。
Claims (5)
- 複数の電池と、
前記複数の電池の各正極側を一方側に揃え各負極側を他方側に揃え、所定の配置関係で整列配置する保持部を備え、
前記保持部は、
前記複数の電池の長手方向の外周面のうち、前記一方側の一部を覆うように前記複数の電池を保持する、絶縁性を有する材料で形成されている第1保持部と、
前記複数の電池の長手方向の外周面のうち、前記他方側の一部を覆うように前記複数の電池を保持する、絶縁性を有する材料で形成されている第2保持部と、
前記複数の電池の長手方向の外周面のうち、前記第1保持部及び前記第2保持部に覆われていない領域を覆うように前記複数の電池を保持する、熱伝導性を有する材料で形成されている第3保持部を含む、電池ブロック。 - 前記第3保持部の側面部は電池の側面輪郭に沿って凸領域と凹領域を有する波型形状で形成されており、前記凹領域において、前記第3保持部を挟み込むように、前記第1保持部と前記第2保持部は係止されている、請求項1に記載の電池ブロック。
- 前記第1保持部及び前記第2保持部には、平面部と側壁部で区画された前記複数の電池を収納する収納部が形成されており、前記側壁部には、内側に突出するようにリブが形成されている、請求項2に記載の電池ブロック。
