Abstract
Description
溶接ワイヤの送給速度の正送と逆送とを所定の周期及び所定の振幅で繰り返して、短絡期間とアーク期間とを発生させて溶接を行うアーク溶接制御方法において、
溶接速度又は単位溶接長さ当たりのワイヤ溶着量に基づいて前記周期及び/又は前記振幅を設定する、
ことを特徴とするアーク溶接制御方法である。

実施の形態1の発明は、溶接速度に基づいて送給速度の周期及び/又は振幅を設定するものである。
実施の形態2の発明は、単位溶接長さ当たりのワイヤ溶着量に基づいて送給速度の周期及び/又は振幅を設定するものである。

実施の形態3の発明は、実施の形態1又は2において、振幅(振幅設定信号Wfr)が変化しても、送給速度の平均値が一定になるように送給速度を制御するものである。

- 溶接ワイヤの送給速度の正送と逆送とを所定の周期及び所定の振幅で繰り返して、短絡期間とアーク期間とを発生させて溶接を行うアーク溶接制御方法において、
溶接速度又は単位溶接長さ当たりのワイヤ溶着量に基づいて前記周期及び/又は前記振幅を設定する、
ことを特徴とするアーク溶接制御方法。 - 前記振幅が変化しても前記送給速度の平均値が一定になるように前記送給速度を制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のアーク溶接制御方法。
