Abstract
本発明のアンカーボルト(1)は、コンクリート製などの壁面(2)の孔(3)に固定するもので、ボルト本体(5)の雄ねじ(4)に螺合する雌ねじ(7)を形成しているテーパー部材(8)と、テーパー部材(8)に外嵌する拡開部材(9)を有し、拡開部材(9)は、架橋部(13)に繋がる二個の当接部(12)を有する。テーパー部材(8)の傾斜面(10)と、その傾斜面(10)に面接触する当接部(12)の内面(14)とは、ボルト本体(5)の基端側に向かうに従ってボルト本体(5)の中心軸に近づくように傾斜している。テーパー部材(8)は、二個のテーパー片(8a・8b)に分かれており、開いた状態のテーパー片(8a・8b)の内側にボルト本体(5)を嵌め込むようにテーパー片(8a・8b)を閉じることで、ボルト本体(5)の雄ねじ(4)にテーパー部材(8)の雌ねじ(7)が螺合する。その閉じ姿勢のテーパー片(8a・8b)をロックピン(26)でロックする。

Claims (4)
- 壁面(2)に設けた孔(3)に固定するアンカーボルト(1)であって、
円柱面状の外周面に雄ねじ(4)を形成しているボルト本体(5)と、そのボルト本体(5)の雄ねじ(4)に螺合する雌ねじ(7)を中心軸に沿って形成しているテーパー部材(8)と、そのテーパー部材(8)に外嵌する拡開部材(9)とを有しており、
前記拡開部材(9)は、前記テーパー部材(8)の周側面に形成している複数の傾斜面(10)に当接する当接面(14)を設けている複数個の当接部(12)を有しており、
前記拡開部材(9)の各当接部(12)の当接面(14)と、前記テーパー部材(8)の各傾斜面(10)とは、前記当接している状態で前記ボルト本体(5)の基端側に向かうに従って前記ボルト本体(5)の中心軸に近づくように傾斜しており、
前記テーパー部材(8)は、その軸方向に延びる二つの分割面(23)・(24)によって二個のテーパー片(8a)・(8b)に分かれており、
開いた状態の前記二個のテーパー片(8a)・(8b)の内側に前記ボルト本体(5)を嵌め込むようにして前記テーパー片(8a)・(8b)を閉じることで、前記ボルト本体(5)の雄ねじ(4)に前記テーパー部材(8)の雌ねじ(7)が螺合するようになっており、
前記テーパー片(8a)・(8b)を前記閉じ姿勢でロックするためのロック部材を配置していることを特徴とするアンカーボルト。 - 前記二個のテーパー片(8a)・(8b)は、揺動軸(25)を中心に開閉揺動可能に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカーボルト。
- 前記拡開部材(9)には、前記ボルト本体(5)が挿通可能な通孔(19)を有する架橋部(13)を有していて、その架橋部(13)に当接部(12)が繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアンカーボルト。
- 前記拡開部材(9)は、前記架橋部(13)の通孔(19)の位置で分割されていて、その分割されている各拡開部材(9)の架橋部(13)には、少なくとも一個の前記当接部(12)が繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のアンカーボルト。
