Claims (8)
- カーボンナノチューブ繊維群を凝集させてカーボンナノチューブ糸を製造する糸製造装置であって、
カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を支持する基板支持部と、
前記カーボンナノチューブ繊維群を前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板から連続的に引き出す連続引き出し部と、
前記連続引き出し部によって引き出された前記カーボンナノチューブ繊維群を凝集させる糸製造部と、
前記基板支持部に支持された前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を他のカーボンナノチューブ形成基板に交換する基板交換機構と、
を備える糸製造装置。 - 前記基板支持部は複数設けられる、請求項1に記載の糸製造装置。
- 前記基板交換機構は、前記基板支持部によって支持された複数の前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板の並び方向に沿って移動可能である、請求項2に記載の糸製造装置。
- 前記基板交換機構は、
前記基板支持部に支持された前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を他のカーボンナノチューブ形成基板に交換する基板交換部と、
前記基板支持部に支持された前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を他のカーボンナノチューブ形成基板に交換するように前記基板交換部を制御する制御部と、
を備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の糸製造装置。 - 前記基板交換機構は、前記基板支持部によって支持された前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板における前記カーボンナノチューブ繊維群の残量を監視する残量監視部を更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記残量監視部による監視結果に基づいて、前記基板支持部に支持された前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を他のカーボンナノチューブ形成基板に交換するように前記基板交換部を制御する、
請求項4に記載の糸製造装置。 - 前記基板交換部は、
前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を保持可能な保持部と、
前記基板支持部によって支持される前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を前記保持部が保持可能な保持位置と前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を収容する基板収容部との間で前記保持部を移動させる移動機構部と、
を備える、請求項4又は5に記載の糸製造装置。 - 前記保持位置は、前記基板支持部によって支持された前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板の背面に前記保持部が対向する位置であり、
前記保持部における前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板の背面に対向する部位には吸引口が設けられ、
前記保持部は、前記吸引口からの吸引力により前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を保持する、
請求項6に記載の糸製造装置。 - 前記基板支持部における前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板の背面に対向する面には吸引口が設けられ、
前記基板支持部は、前記吸引口からの吸引力により前記カーボンナノチューブ形成基板を保持する、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の糸製造装置。
