Abstract
Description
本発明の実施例1である繊維強化プラスチック製線条体の定着具について、図1から図5を参照して説明する。図1(a)は、本実施例の定着具1を構成するメス部材10の正面図及び断面図の一例である。図1(b)は、オス部材20の正面図及び側面図の一例である。図1から図4において、X軸、Y軸およびZ軸は、互いに直交する軸である。本実施例では、鉛直方向に相当する軸を、Y軸としている。

Claims (5)
- メス部材にオス部材を挿入して繊維強化プラスチック製の線条体で構成された緊張材を挟持して固定させる定着具であって、
前記メス部材及び前記オス部材は、一端から他端に向かって傾斜したテーパ状に形成されるとともに、前記メス部材と前記オス部材との間の傾斜したテーパ面の周方向に所定の間隔で複数の前記緊張材それぞれが配置される複数の配設部を備え、
前記緊張材が接触するテーパ面の長さ方向に対応する前記メス部材及び前記オス部材の前記一端から他端までの長さが、130mm以上であることを特徴とする繊維強化プラスチック製線条体の定着具。 - 前記長さが150mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製線条体の定着具。
- 前記長さが300mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製線条体の定着具。
- 前記配設部と前記緊張材との間に配置され、前記一端から他端に向かって前記テーパ面に沿って延びる補助部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の繊維強化プラスチック製線条体の定着具。
- 前記オス部材は、外周面から内側に凹状に形成され、前記緊張材の周面に接触する円弧状の第1配設部を備え、
前記メス部材は、前記オス部材が挿入された状態における前記第1配設部に対応する位置に設けられ、内周面から外側に向かって凹状に形成される前記緊張材の周面に接触する円弧状の第2配設部を備え、
前記緊張材は、前記第1配設部及び前記第2配設部に接触して周方向から挟持されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の繊維強化プラスチック製線条体の定着具。
