Abstract
Description
図1に示されるように、測定装置10は、バイオセンサ11と装置本体12とを有する。バイオセンサ11が装置本体12の挿入口13に差し込まれることによって、バイオセンサ11と装置本体12とが電気的に接続される。バイオセンサ11は、1回の測定毎に取り替えられるものである。
図1に示されるように、バイオセンサ11は、細長なシート形状であることが一般的である。バイオセンサ11の長手方向101の一端が、装置本体12の挿入口13に差し込まれることによって、バイオセンサ11が装置本体12に装着される。また、バイオセンサ11が長手方向101に引き抜かれることによって、バイオセンサ11が装置本体12から取り外される。
図1に示されるように、装置本体12は、筐体50に電子部品が収容された電子装置である。筐体50の表側には、カラー液晶ディスプレイ51、電源ボタン52,操作ボタン53,54,55、バイオセンサ11を挿入する挿入口13、および挿入口13の周囲に設けられた光源14が配置されている。また、各図には現れていないが、筐体50の内部には、電源、電圧印加手段、電流測定手段、そしてこれらを制御する制御基板等が内蔵されている。操作ボタン53,54、55からの入力に応じて、制御基板は、予めROMに格納されたプログラムを動作させる。さらに、制御基板は、所定の電位に応答してバイオセンサ11に流れた電流値から生体試料中の測定対象濃度を演算する。演算された生体試料中の測定対象濃度は、カラー液晶ディスプレイ51に表示される。
以下、測定装置10を用いて血中グルコース濃度(血糖値)を測定する場合を一例として、測定装置10の使用方法が説明される。

Claims (1)
- バイオセンサが装置本体に着脱可能に設けられた測定装置であって、
上記バイオセンサは、生体試料を吸引する吸引路、生体試料の測定対象物質の濃度を測定する測定電極および生体試料の吸引完了を検知する検知電極を備えてなり、
上記装置本体は、電源、カラー液晶ディスプレイ、バイオセンサが挿入される挿入口および該挿入口周辺を照明する光源を備えてなり、
上記光源は、上記電源がオンにされたときに点灯し、かつ、上記バイオセンサが上記装置本体に装着された後、生体試料を上記バイオセンサの上記検知電極が検知した後に消灯する測定装置。
