Claims (15)
- 外力を受けるセンサーブロックと、そのセンサーブロックに支持され、前記外力の成分である荷重およびモーメントを検知するひずみゲージとを備える、荷重およびモーメントの検知装置であって、次の各特徴を備える検知装置。
(A)前記センサーブロックは、
・前記荷重の方向に沿う軸心をもつベース、
・前記軸心からオフセットした位置で前記ベースから起立したフロント側壁、
・そのフロント側壁とは前記軸心から反対方向にオフセットした位置で前記ベースから起立したリヤ側壁、および
・前記フロント側壁の上端と前記リヤ側壁の上端とを連結する上壁、
を含む。
(B1)前記上壁は、
・前記フロント側壁およびリヤ側壁の各オフセット方向に対し直交する部分であって、それらフロント側壁とリヤ側壁との中央に位置する中央部分、
・その中央部分と前記フロント側壁との間に位置する第1の部分、および
・その中央部分と前記リヤ側壁との間に位置する第2の部分、
を含む。
(B2)前記上壁の中央部分は、前記第1の部分および第2の部分に比べて剛性が大きく、変形しにくい。
(C1)前記上壁の第1の部分の上面に配置し設けた第1のひずみゲージがある。
(C2)前記上壁の第2の部分の上面に配置し設けた第2のひずみゲージがある。
(D)それら第1のひずみゲージおよび第2のひずみゲージによって、前記軸心に沿う方向の荷重、ならびに、前記フロント側壁およびリヤ側壁の各オフセット方向に沿い、しかも、前記上壁の上面に直交する面上のモーメントを検知する。 - 前記中央部分の両端部であり、前記フロント側壁およびリヤ側壁の各オフセット方向に対し直交する方向の両端部に取り付け部が位置し、それら取り付け部を通して、前記荷重およびモーメントの検知情報を活用する対象物を固定する、請求項1の検知装置。
- 前記ベースおよび前記上壁、ならびに前記フロント側壁および前記リヤ側壁によって空間が区画されており、前記ベースに加わる外力は、前記フロント側壁および前記リヤ側壁を通して前記上壁に伝わる構成である、請求項1の検知装置。
- 前記外力は、前記上壁の第1の部分および前記第2の部分に曲げを生じさせ、その曲げに伴うひずみを前記第1のひずみゲージおよび前記第2のひずみゲージが検出する、請求項3の検知装置。
- 前記上壁の中央部分の厚さは、前記上壁の第1の部分および第2の部分の各厚さよりも大きい、請求項1の検知装置。
- 前記上壁の中央部分の上面位置は、前記上壁の第1の部分および第2の部分の各上面位置よりも上方であり、それにより、前記取り付け部の上面の高さは、前記上壁の第1の部分および第2の部分の各上面の高さ位置よりも上方である、請求項1あるいは2の検知装置。
- 前記上壁の中央部分の下面位置は、前記上壁の第1の部分および第2の部分の各下面位置よりも下方であり、それにより、前記取り付け部の下面の高さは、前記上壁の第1の部分および第2の部分の各下面の高さ位置よりも下方である、請求項1あるいは2の検知装置。
- 前記曲げの範囲を規制するため、前記フロント側壁および前記リヤ側壁の各部分に、ストッパー手段がある、請求項4の検知装置。
- 前記センサーブロックと前記対象物とを取り付けて互いに固定するため、リング状の固定ねじ部材を備え、そのリング状の固定ねじ部材の内周空間に、前記ひずみゲージの検知出力を増幅するアンプを配置する、請求項2の検知装置。
- アライメントブロックを含む義肢であって、前記アライメントブロックとして、前記センサーブロックを用いる形態で前記請求項1の検知装置を組み込んだ義肢。
- 前記第1のひずみゲージおよび前記第2のひずみゲージは、抵抗線ひずみゲージあるいは半導体ひずみゲージのいずれか一つである、請求項1の検知装置。
- 前記第1のひずみゲージおよび前記第2のひずみゲージからの各出力信号は、加算処理により荷重情報を得ることができ、また、減算処理によりモーメント情報を得ることができる、請求項1の検知装置。
- 前記加算処理および前記減算処理を、マイクロコンピュータあるいはオペアンプにより行う、請求項12の検知装置。
- 前記加算処理および前記減算処理を行うにあたり、前記第1のひずみゲージまたは前記第2のひずみゲージの少なくとも一方の信号出力に、前記第1のひずみゲージおよび前記第2のひずみゲージの各出力信号の振幅比に基づいて算出される係数が乗じられる請求項12の検知装置。
- 前記センサーブロックの少なくとも一部が、前記対象物の側にはまり合う構成であり、それらのはまり合う部分に、非円周面を含む回転止め手段がある、請求項9の検知装置。
