Claims (8)
- 5000系又は6000系アルミニウム合金からなるアルミニウム材を鋼材の上に重ね合わせて、かかるアルミニウム材の端部が位置する重ね隅肉部を、4000系アルミニウム合金からなる溶加材を用いて、MIG溶接して得られる継手構造であって、
該鋼材の前記重ね合わせ側の部位を、該鋼材の母材部位から前記アルミニウム材側に鋭角乃至直角に屈曲させる一方、該アルミニウム材の前記重ね合わせ側の部位を、該アルミニウム材の母材部位から前記鋼材側に鋭角乃至直角に屈曲せしめ、そしてそれら鋼材とアルミニウム材とを、それらの屈曲部位において重ね合わせてなる形態において、前記MIG溶接が施されていることを特徴とするアルミニウム材と鋼材のMIG溶接継手構造。 - 前記鋼材の屈曲角度と前記アルミニウム材の屈曲角度とが、同一の角度である請求項1に記載のアルミニウム材と鋼材のMIG溶接継手構造。
- 前記鋼材及び前記アルミニウム材の屈曲角度が、それぞれ、10°以上90°以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のアルミニウム材と鋼材のMIG溶接継手構造。
- 前記アルミニウム材が、5000系アルミニウム合金のO材である請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載のアルミニウム材と鋼材のMIG溶接継手構造。
- 前記アルミニウム材が、6000系アルミニウム合金のT4材又はT6材である請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載のアルミニウム材と鋼材のMIG溶接継手構造。
- 前記アルミニウム材の端面に沿って、前記MIG溶接が実施されて、該アルミニウム材が前記鋼材に対して線接合される請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか1項に記載のアルミニウム材と鋼材のMIG溶接継手構造。
- 前記アルミニウム材が、0.5mm〜3.0mmの厚さを有している請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか1項に記載のアルミニウム材と鋼材のMIG溶接継手構造。
- 前記鋼材が、0.5mm〜3.0mmの厚さを有している請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか1項に記載のアルミニウム材と鋼材のMIG溶接継手構造。
