Abstract
Description
1) 前記操作入力が前記操作装置の中立位置を示す時に、前記最小圧力保持ループを選択し、
2) 前記操作入力が前記中立位置を外れたことを示し、前記ポンプ容量が、前記油圧アクチュエータへの作動油供給回路の漏れ量以下であって前記油圧アクチュエータが作動する前の状態であることを示すときに、前記圧力制御ループを選択し、
3)前記操作入力が前記中立位置を外れたことを示し、前記ポンプ容量が、前記油圧アクチュエータへの作動油供給回路の漏れ量以上となり、且つ、前記操作入力信号による定められる容量以下である時に、前記馬力制御ループを選択し、
4)前記操作入力が前記中立位置を外れたことを示し、前記ポンプ容量が、前記操作入力信号による定められる容量を超える容量である時に、前記流量制御ループを選択する。
5)前記操作入力の如何に拘わらず、前記ポンプ吐出圧検出手段により検出されるポンプ吐出圧が最小許容圧力より小さくなった時に、前記最小圧力保持ループを選択する。
6)前記操作入力が急操作により減少した場合は、前記流量制御ループを選択し、前記流量制御ループにより前記油圧ポンプの容量を強制的に減少させる制御を行う。これによりサージ圧の発生を抑制する。

Claims (7)
- 可変容量型の油圧ポンプからの吐出される作動油を、操作装置からの操作入力に基づいて作動されるクローズドセンター型の制御バルブにより制御して油圧アクチュエータに供給し、前記油圧アクチュエータの作動を制御する油圧制御システムにおいて、
前記油圧ポンプの容量を検出するポンプ容量検出手段および前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧を検出するポンプ吐出圧検出手段を有し、
前記ポンプ容量検出手段により検出されるポンプ容量および前記ポンプ吐出圧検出手段により検出されるポンプ吐出圧をフィードバック入力とし、前記操作入力および前記フィードバック入力により決定する特性値を制御ループの目標値とし、前記フィードバック入力または前記フィードバック入力に基づく演算値をフィードバックする馬力制御ループ、圧力制御ループ、流量制御ループ、及び最小圧力保持ループを備えたコントローラにより前記油圧ポンプの可変容量制御を行うように構成され、
前記コントローラは、前記操作入力および前記フィードバック入力に対応して前記複数のループのいずれかを選択するセレクター部を備え、前記セレクター部により複数の前記ループのうちからいずれかのループを選択し、選択された前記ループからの制御値に基づいて前記油圧ポンプの可変容量制御を行うことを特徴とする油圧制御システム。 - 複数の前記油圧アクチュエータを備え、これら複数の前記油圧アクチュエータのそれぞれについて、前記操作入力および前記フィードバック入力に対応する流量、圧力、及び馬力の特性値テーブルが設定されており、これら特性値テーブルを介して、前記複数のループにおける流量、圧力、及び馬力の目標値を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 前記セレクター部は、
1) 前記操作入力が前記操作装置の中立位置を示す時に、前記最小圧力保持ループを選択し、
2) 前記操作入力が前記中立位置を外れたことを示し、前記ポンプ容量が、前記油圧アクチュエータへの作動油供給回路の漏れ量以下であって前記油圧アクチュエータが作動する前の状態であることを示すときに、前記圧力制御ループを選択し、
3)前記操作入力が前記中立位置を外れたことを示し、前記ポンプ容量が、前記油圧アクチュエータへの作動油供給回路の漏れ量以上となり、且つ、前記操作入力信号による定められる容量以下である時に、前記馬力制御ループを選択し、
4)前記操作入力が前記中立位置を外れたことを示し、前記ポンプ容量が、前記操作入力信号による定められる容量を超える容量である時に、前記流量制御ループを選択することを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 5)前記操作入力の如何に拘わらず、前記ポンプ吐出圧検出手段により検出されるポンプ吐出圧が最小許容圧力より小さくなった時に、前記最小圧力保持ループを選択することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 6)前記操作入力が急操作により減少した場合は、前記流量制御ループを選択し、前記流量制御ループにより前記油圧ポンプの容量を強制的に減少させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 前記圧力制御ループから前記馬力制御ループに移行する選択を行ったときに、前記馬力制御テーブルの特性値を前記アクチュエータが負荷圧力に打ち勝ち動作開始する時の圧力を基準として可変させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記クローズドセンター型の制御バルブの作動を前記操作入力と前記ポンプ吐出圧に基づいて制御する構成であり、
前記クローズドセンター型の制御バルブにおける開口制御を負荷圧力が低い時はより大きく開口し、高い時はより小さく開口するように、開口開始を負荷圧力に打ち勝ち動作開始する時の圧力を基準とした特性で行うことにより、前記油圧ポンプの吐出制御に連動させたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の油圧制御システム。
