Claims (8)
- 負荷に応じて発電する燃料電池スタックと、燃料ガスを貯蔵する燃料タンクと、燃料タンクから燃料電池スタックに供給する燃料ガスの圧力を調整する圧力調整弁と、燃料電池スタックから排出された燃料ガスをパージするパージ弁と、システムを制御するコントローラーと、を備えた燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記コントローラーは、
前記燃料電池スタックの燃料ガス圧力を脈動させる脈動部と、
前記燃料ガス圧力の脈動の昇圧速度を運転状態に応じて設定する昇圧速度設定部と、
を含む燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記昇圧速度設定部は、前記燃料電池スタックに供給される燃料ガス圧力が高いほど、昇圧速度を高く設定する、
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記昇圧速度設定部は、前記燃料電池スタックの電解質膜の湿潤度が高いほど、昇圧速度を高く設定する、
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記昇圧速度設定部は、前記燃料電池スタックに供給される燃料ガス圧力の下限値が高いほど、昇圧速度を高く設定する、
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記昇圧速度設定部は、前記燃料電池スタックの温度が低いほど、昇圧速度を高く設定する、
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記脈動部は、要求負荷に応じて前記燃料電池スタック内の燃料ガス圧力を上昇させるとともに、燃料ガス圧力を脈動させる、
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記コントローラーは、要求負荷に応じて目標上限圧及び目標下限圧を設定する目標圧設定部をさらに備え、
前記脈動部は、燃料ガスの実圧が目標上限圧になるようにフィードバック制御し、燃料ガスの実圧が目標上限圧になったら目標値を切り替えて燃料ガスの実圧が目標下限圧になるようにフィードバック制御し、燃料ガスの実圧が目標下限圧になったら目標値を切り替えて燃料ガスの実圧が目標上限圧になるようにフィードバック制御することを繰り返し、
さらに、前記脈動部は、要求負荷が所定負荷よりも大きいときには、そうでないときに比べて脈動の降圧速度を遅くする、
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記脈動部は、前記圧力調整弁の開度を大きくすることで、脈動の降圧速度を遅くする、
燃料電池システム。
