Claims (10)
- セラミック基体と、該セラミック基体の表面に設けられた、ガラス成分を含んでいる導体層と、該導体層の端面を含む表面を覆うように設けられたロウ材とを含み、前記セラミック基体、前記導体層および前記ロウ材の境界領域に、前記セラミック基体と前記導体層と前記ロウ材との反応領域があるセラミック構造体。
- 前記セラミック基体が焼結助剤として希土類元素成分を含んでいるとともに、前記反応領域は、前記ロウ材に含まれる金属成分と、前記導体層に含まれる前記ガラス成分と、前記セラミック基体に含まれる希土類元素成分とを含む請求項1に記載のセラミック構造体。
- 前記希土類元素成分がY、YbまたはErを含み、前記金属成分がAgまたはCuを含む請求項2に記載のセラミック構造体。
- 前記反応領域が酸化物を含む請求項3に記載のセラミック構造体。
- 前記反応領域の一部は前記セラミック基体の内部まで入り込んでいる請求項1に記載のセラミック構造体。
- 前記反応領域の一部は前記セラミック基体を形成するセラミックスの粒界に入り込んでいる請求項5に記載のセラミック構造体。
- 前記導体層の表面にメッキ膜が設けられている請求項1に記載のセラミック構造体。
- 前記ロウ材を介して前記導体層に電気的に接続された金属製部材を含んでいる請求項1乃至7のうちいずれかに記載のセラミック構造体。
- 請求項1乃至7のうちいずれかに記載のセラミック構造体における前記セラミック基体に抵抗体が埋設されたセラミックヒータ。
- 請求項9に記載のセラミックヒータと、前記ロウ材を介して前記導体層に電気的に接続されて前記セラミックヒータを保持する金属製部材とを備えているグロープラグ。
