Claims (7)
- 有底プリフォームの底部及び前記底部に連続する周囲部の一部の外周面に接触する温度調整ポットと、
前記有底プリフォームの前記周囲部の外側に配される温度調整ブロックと、
前記温度調整ポットにより前記有底プリフォームの底部壁面を密着させて保持させる押付け駆動手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とするプリフォームの温度調整装置。 - 有底プリフォームの底部及び前記底部に連続する周囲部の一部の外周面を保持する温度調整ポットと、
前記有底プリフォームの前記周囲部の外側に配される温度調整ブロックと、
前記有底プリフォームの内側に挿入され、先端部で前記底部及び前記底部に連続する前記周囲部の一部の内周面に接触する温度調整コアと、
前記温度調整ポットと前記温度調整コアの間に前記有底プリフォームの底部壁面を保持し、前記温度調整ポットと前記温度調整コアを相対的に接近させ前記底部および前記周囲部の一部を密着させて挟持する押付け駆動手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とするプリフォームの温度調整装置。 - 請求項2に記載のプリフォームの温度調整装置において、
前記温度調整ポットは冷却用のポットであり、
前記温度調整コアは冷却用のコアであり、
前記温度調整ブロックは加熱用のブロックである
ことを特徴とするプリフォームの温度調整装置。 - 請求項3に記載のプリフォームの温度調整装置において、
前記有底プリフォームは、前記底部に連続する周囲部に対し前記底部の肉厚が厚くされたものが前記温度調整ポットと前記温度調整コアの間に配される
ことを特徴とするプリフォームの温度調整装置。 - 射出成形により、底部及び前記底部に連続する周囲部を有し前記周囲部に対して前記底部の肉厚が厚くされた有底プリフォームを成形し、
前記有底プリフォームの前記底部及び前記底部に連続する周囲部の一部の外周面を温度調整ポットにより密着保持して温度調整し、
前記有底プリフォームの前記底部に連続する周囲部の一部を除く前記周囲部の部位を所定の温度に相対的に昇温させる
ことを特徴とするプリフォームの温度調整方法。 - 請求項5に記載のプリフォームの温度調整方法において、
前記底部及び前記底部に連続する周囲部の一部が冷却用のポットと冷却用のコアの間に配され、冷却用のポットと冷却用のコアを互いに接近させることにより、前記底部及び前記底部に連続する周囲部の一部の外周面が冷却用のポットに密着すると共に内周面が冷却用のコアに密着して冷却される
ことを特徴とするプリフォームの温度調整方法。 - 請求項6に記載のプリフォームの温度調整方法において、
前記底部及び前記底部に連続する周囲部の一部を除く前記有底プリフォームの周囲部は完全な非接触状態もしくは周囲部の内周面において一部接触状態で所定の温度に相対的に昇温される
ことを特徴とするプリフォームの温度調整方法。
