Abstract
Description
図1において、内視鏡2は、光源装置3から供給され、ライトガイド7により伝送された光を被写体へ出射する照明光学系21と、白色光観察用撮像部22と、蛍光観察用撮像部23と、内視鏡装置1の観察モードの切り替えに係る操作を行うことが可能なモード切替スイッチ24と、を有して構成されている。
図11は変形例を説明するための説明図である。図11において図8と同一物には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
本出願は、2011年6月14日に日本国に出願された特願2011−132588号を優先権主張の基礎として出願するものであり、上記の開示内容は、本願明細書、請求の範囲、図面に引用されたものとする。
Claims (9)
- 被検体に投与された蛍光物質を励起するための励起光を前記被検体に照射する照明部と、
前記励起光が照射された前記被検体からの反射光を光電変換して前記被検体を撮像する撮像部と、
前記光電変換により得られる画素信号を保持すると共に、保持した前記画素信号の増幅率を所定の画素単位で変化させながら前記画素信号を非破壊読み出し可能な読出し部と、
前記読み出し部により異なる増幅率で読み出された前記画素信号を加算平均して画像を生成する画像処理部と
を備えることを特徴とする医療機器。 - 前記読み出し部は、前記撮像部の1画面毎に増幅率を変えて複数回の非破壊読み出しを行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療機器。 - 前記読出し部は、前記撮像部により得られる画素信号によって構成される画像中の第1の明るさ以上の領域の明るさに応じた第1の増幅率と前記画像中の第2の明るさ以下の領域の明るさに応じた第2の増幅率(>第1の増幅率)とで、2回の非破壊読み出しを行う
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療機器。 - 前記読み出し部は、前記撮像部の読み出しライン毎に増幅率を変えて1回の読み出しを行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療機器。 - 前記読出し部は、前記撮像部により得られる画素信号によって構成される画像中の第1の明るさ以上の領域の明るさに応じた第1の増幅率と前記画像中の第2の明るさ以下の領域の明るさに応じた第2の増幅率(>第1の増幅率)とで、1回の読み出しを行う
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療機器。 - 前記画像処理部は、前記第1及び第2の増幅率で読み出した画素信号を夫々補間して夫々1画面の画像を構成し、構成した2画面の画像同士を加算平均して画像を生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の医療機器。 - 前記読み出し部により読み出された画素信号をデジタル信号に変換する変換部を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の医療機器。 - 前記照明部は、前記励起光に加えて参照光を時系列に照射し、
前記撮像部は、前記励起光に基づく反射光に加えて前記参照光の反射光に基づく撮像を行い、
前記読み出し部は、前記励起光に基づく画素信号の読み出しにおける増幅率よりも低い増幅率にて前記参照光に基づく画素信号の読み出しを行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の医療機器。 - 前記読出し部は、前記励起光の照射期間において前記励起光に基づく画素信号について1画面毎に増幅率を変えながら2回の非破壊読み出しを行い、前記参照光の照射期間において前記参照光に基づく画素信号について1回の読み出しを行う
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の医療機器。
