Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について図1乃至図20を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施形態のバイポーラ処置装置1を示す図である。バイポーラ処置装置1は、プローブ3(後述する)及びジョー32(後述する)を電極として高周波電流によるバイポーラ処置を行う。また、バイポーラ処置装置1は、超音波振動によって発生したキャビテーションにより、生体組織を選択的に破砕及び切除し、切除された生体組織を吸引する超音波吸引装置としても用いられる。図1に示すように、バイポーラ処置装置1は、振動子ユニット2と、プローブ(超音波プローブ)3と、シースユニット4と、ハンドルユニット5とを備える。
図1に示すように、ハンドルユニット5は、筒状ケース71と、筒状ケース71と一体に設けられる固定ハンドル72と、固定ハンドル72に対して開閉可能な可動ハンドル73とを備える。筒状ケース71は、振動子ケース11に取付けられ、絶縁材料から形成されている。可動ハンドル73は、中継部材(図示しない)を介して、シース31に設けられる可動部材36に連結されている。可動ハンドル73を固定ハンドル72に対して開閉することにより、可動部材36が長手軸Cに沿って移動する。これにより、ジョー32がプローブ3の先端部に対して開閉動作を行う。
なお、第1の実施形態では、傾斜面53の第1の端位置X1は外周部21の外周先端P1の第1の垂直方向側の端と一致するが、これに限るものではない。例えば、第1の変形例として図21に示すように、先端表面部25は、傾斜面53の第1の垂直方向側に設けられ、長手軸Cに垂直な垂直平面79を備えてもよい。本変形例では、傾斜面53の第1の端位置X1は、第1の突出部51の第1の根元位置Y1より第1の垂直方向側に位置している。また、傾斜面53の第2の端位置X2は、吸引通路26より第2の垂直方向側に位置している。このような構成にすることにより、内部に吸引通路26を設けた場合でも、プローブ3を大型化、重量化することなく、傾斜面53の表面積を大きくすることが可能となる。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について、図25を参照して説明する。第2の実施形態は、第1の実施形態の構成を次の通り変形したものである。なお、第1の実施形態と同一の部分については同一の符号を付して、その説明は省略する。
次に、本発明の第3の実施形態について、図26を参照して説明する。第3の実施形態は、第1の実施形態の構成を次の通り変形したものである。なお、第1の実施形態と同一の部分については同一の符号を付して、その説明は省略する。
Claims (10)
- 長手軸に沿って延設される外周部と、前記外周部の外周先端を外縁とする先端表面部と、基端から前記先端表面部まで前記長手軸に沿って吸引通路を内部に規定する通路規定面とを備えるプローブと、
前記プローブの先端部に対して前記長手軸に垂直な方向に開閉可能なジョーと、
を具備し、
前記プローブは、前記長手軸に垂直かつ前記ジョーの開閉方向に垂直な第1の垂直方向に向かって前記外周部の前記外周先端を突出させる第1の突出部を備え、
前記プローブの前記先端表面部は、前記第1の垂直方向から前記第1の垂直方向とは反対方向である第2の垂直方向に向かうにつれて先端方向側に位置し、前記第1の突出部の根元位置である第1の根元位置より前記第1の垂直方向側の第1の端位置から前記吸引通路より前記第2の垂直方向側の第2の端位置まで延設される傾斜面を備えるバイポーラ処置装置。 - 前記傾斜面は、前記ジョーの前記開閉方向から視て前記傾斜面の接線と前記長手軸との間の鋭角が前記第1の垂直方向から前記第2の垂直方向に向かうにつれて大きくなる曲面である請求項1のバイポーラ処置装置。
- 前記プローブは、前記第2の垂直方向に向かって前記外周部の前記外周先端を突出させる第2の突出部を備え、
前記傾斜面の前記第2の端位置は、前記第2の突出部の根元位置である第2の根元位置より前記第2の垂直方向側に位置する請求項2のバイポーラ処置装置。 - 前記傾斜面の前記第2の端位置は、前記外周部の前記外周先端の前記第2の垂直方向側の端と一致する請求項3のバイポーラ処置装置。
- 前記傾斜面の前記第2の端位置では、前記ジョーの前記開閉方向から視て前記傾斜面の前記接線と前記長手軸との間の前記鋭角が70°より大きい請求項3のバイポーラ処置装置。
- 前記先端表面部は、前記傾斜面の前記第2の端位置から前記第2の垂直方向に向かって延設され、前記長手軸に垂直な垂直平面を備える請求項3のバイポーラ処置装置。
- 前記傾斜面の前記第1の端位置は、前記外周部の前記外周先端の前記第1の垂直方向側の端と一致する請求項1のバイポーラ処置装置。
- 前記ジョーは、前記ジョーを前記プローブの前記先端部に対して閉じた状態で前記長手軸に沿って設けられるジョー側外周部と、前記ジョー側外周部の外周先端を外縁とするジョー側先端表面部とを備え、
前記ジョー側先端表面部は、前記第1の垂直方向から前記第2の垂直方向に向かうにつれて前記先端方向側に位置するジョー側傾斜面を備える請求項1のバイポーラ処置装置。 - 前記ジョー側傾斜面は、前記プローブの前記傾斜面と対応する形状に形成されている請求項8のバイポーラ処置装置。
- 前記プローブの前記傾斜面は、前記ジョーの前記開閉方向から視て前記傾斜面の接線と前記長手軸との間の鋭角が前記第1の垂直方向から前記第2の垂直方向に向かうにつれて大きくなり、かつ、前記ジョーの前記開閉方向から視て一定の曲率で円弧状に形成される曲面であり、
前記ジョー側傾斜面は、前記ジョーの前記開閉方向から視て前記ジョー側傾斜面の接線と前記長手軸との間の鋭角が前記第1の垂直方向から前記第2の垂直方向に向かうにつれて大きくなり、かつ、前記ジョーの前記開閉方向から視て前記プローブの前記傾斜面と略同一の曲率で円弧状に形成されるジョー側曲面である請求項9のバイポーラ処置装置。
