Abstract
Description
(1)発熱体と、
金属板からなり、被加熱体の両側に配置される一対の長手部位を有する第1部材と、
第1部材とともに発熱体を挟持する一対の第2部材と、
を有する、ヒータ。
(2)前記第1部材がさらに連結部位を有し、前記長手部位同士が該連結部位で連結され、該第1部材の連結部位での断面形状がU字状を呈する、上記(1)に記載のヒータ。
(3)上記(1)に記載のヒータであって、さらに連結部材を有し、前記第2部材同士が該連結部材で連結されている、ヒータ。
(4)上記(2)に記載のヒータであって、さらに発熱体の温度制御手段を有し、該温度制御手段が、前記連結部位に装着されている、ヒータ。
(5)上記(3)に記載のヒータであって、さらに発熱体の温度制御手段を有し、該温度制御手段が、前記連結部材に装着されている、ヒータ。
(6)前記発熱体がセラミックヒータである、上記(1)〜(5)の何れか1項に記載のヒータ。
(7)前記被加熱体がバルブであり、前記長手部位のバルブの本体部分と対向する部分が、長手部位の他の部分よりもバルブの本体部分側に突出している、上記(1)、(3)、(5)、及び(6)の何れか1項に記載のヒータ。
(8)前記被加熱体がバルブであり、前記長手部位のバルブの本体部分と対向する部分が、長手部位の他の部分よりもバルブの本体部分側に突出している、上記(2)又は(4)に記載のヒータ。
(9)金属板から、被加熱体と対向する一対の長手部位と、長手部位同士を連結する連結部位とで構成されるH型の板材を打ち抜き、H型の板材の長手部位を連結部位側に向けて折り曲げて第1部材を作製する工程と、
第1部材の長手部位に重ね合わせる形状を有する第2部材を作製する工程と、
第1部材と第2部材とで発熱体を挟持し、第1部材と第2部材とを連結する工程と、を有する、ヒータの製造方法。

Claims (9)
- 発熱体と、
金属板からなり、被加熱体の両側に配置される一対の長手部位を有する第1部材と、
第1部材とともに発熱体を挟持する一対の第2部材と、
を有する、ヒータ。 - 前記第1部材がさらに連結部位を有し、前記長手部位同士が該連結部位で連結され、該第1部材の連結部位での断面形状がU字状を呈する、請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 請求項1に記載のヒータであって、さらに連結部材を有し、前記第2部材同士が該連結部材で連結されている、ヒータ。
- 請求項2に記載のヒータであって、さらに発熱体の温度を制御する温度制御体を有し、該温度制御体が、前記連結部位に装着されている、ヒータ。
- 請求項3に記載のヒータであって、さらに発熱体の温度を制御する温度制御体を有し、該温度制御体が、前記連結部材に装着されている、ヒータ。
- 前記発熱体がセラミックヒータである、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のヒータ。
- 前記被加熱体がバルブであり、前記長手部位のバルブの本体部分と対向する部分が、長手部位の他の部分よりもバルブの本体部分側に突出している、請求項1、3、5、及び6の何れか1項に記載のヒータ。
- 前記被加熱体がバルブであり、前記長手部位のバルブの本体部分と対向する部分が、長手部位の他の部分よりもバルブの本体部分側に突出している、請求項2又は4に記載のヒータ。
- 金属板から、被加熱体と対向する一対の長手部位と、長手部位同士を連結する連結部位とで構成されるH型の板材を打ち抜き、H型の板材の長手部位を連結部位側に向けて折り曲げて第1部材を作製する工程と、
第1部材の長手部位に重ね合わせる形状を有する第2部材を作製する工程と、
第1部材と第2部材とで発熱体を挟持し、第1部材と第2部材とを連結する工程と、を有する、ヒータの製造方法。
