Description
が影響する。したがって、電力装置の電力管理部32から送信される電力情報に障害情報が含まれるときには、システムコントローラ30から、工場の電力管理部42と中央監視装置44に、警報情報が送信される。電力装置の電力管理部32における障害情報とは、例えば蓄電装置棟20の蓄電池の状態に関する情報である。例えば、蓄電池が過充電や過放電にある場合に、電力装置の電力管理部32からの電力情報に障害情報が含まれる。
Claims (5)
- 複数の施設を含んで構成される施設集合体の電力情報を複数の管理範囲に分けて管理する複数の電力管理部と、
前記複数の電力管理部と通信素子で接続され、前記管理範囲ごとの前記電力情報を取得し、取得された前記電力情報に基づいて前記施設集合体の全体の電力情報を管理するシステムコントローラと、
を備える管理システムであって、
前記システムコントローラは、
前記電力情報について、予め定めた通信異常判断基準に従って、前記電力管理部との間の通信が異常であると判断されるときに、異常信号を出力する異常信号出力部と、
前記電力情報に前記電力管理部の前記管理範囲における障害情報が含まれるときに、警報信号を出力する警報信号出力部と、
を含む管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の管理システムにおいて、
前記電力管理部は、
前記電力情報を更新する際に更新時刻を付す更新部を有し、
前記通信異常判断基準は、
前記電力管理部からの前記電力情報の取得の際に、前記電力情報の前記更新時刻を取得し、予め定めた確認間隔を超えて更新時刻が更新されないときに、前記電力管理部との間の通信が異常であると判断する管理システム。 - 複数の施設を含んで構成される施設集合体の電力管理を行うシステムコントローラであって、
前記施設の電力情報を管理する電力管理部から出力される前記電力情報を受信する受信部と、
前記受信部により受信される前記電力情報の更新状態を監視する更新監視部と、
前記電力管理部との通信状況を、前記受信部により受信される前記電力情報の更新状態に基づいて判定する通信判定部と、
を備え、
前記受信部により受信される前記電力情報が更新されていないものと前記更新監視部により確認された場合、前記通信判定部は前記電力管理部との前記通信状況が異常であると判定するシステムコントローラ。 - 請求項3に記載のシステムコントローラにおいて、
前記通信判定部により前記電力管理部との前記通信状況が正常であると判断された場合にのみ、前記電力情報に障害情報が含まれるか否かの判断を行うシステムコントローラ。 - 請求項3に記載のシステムコントローラにおいて、
前記電力管理部から出力される前記電力情報は時刻に関する時刻情報を含んでおり、
前記更新監視部は、前記時刻情報の更新状態を監視し、
前記通信判定部は、前記更新監視部により前記時刻情報が更新されていないものと確認された場合に、前記電力管理部との前記通信状況が異常であると判定するシステムコントローラ。
