Abstract
Description
膨張室を軸方向に位置をずらして複数設けることで、工具を複数個所で把持することができる。
(1)前記シリンダとピストンを周方向等分点に配置して複数設けたもの。
(2)ホルダ本体の内部に、奥端側が小径のテーパ孔と、そのテーパ孔に圧入されるテーパスリーブと、このテーパスリーブを前記テーパ孔への圧入方向に付勢する弾性体を設け、前記スリーブの後部の外径を前記テーパスリーブの中心の孔の孔径に適合させてその後部を前記テーパスリーブの中心の孔に挿入したもの。
(3)前記ナットとそのナットを螺合させる前記胴部との間に、摩擦低減部材を介在したもの。

Claims (5)
- 第1の工具保持孔(a1)、先細りのテーパ外周面(a2)、および、縦割りスリット(a3)を有する、円筒状の主把持部構成用の把持筒(2a)が先端に形成されたホルダ本体(2)と、
前記把持筒(2a)の外周に軸方向スライド可能に嵌めた加圧リング(3)と、
その加圧リング(3)を相対回転可能に連結し、前記把持筒(2a)よりも大径に形成されたホルダ本体の胴部(2b)の外周に螺合させたナット(4)と、
外周に環状溝(5a)を、その環状溝の溝底部に薄肉部(5b)を、中心に前記第1の工具保持孔(a1)の自由状態での内径よりも内径の小さい第2の工具保持孔(5c)をそれぞれ有し、前記把持筒(2a)の後方においてホルダ本体の中心の軸孔(2e)に挿入されて副把持部を構成するスリーブ(5)と、
前記スリーブ(5)の外周に、前記環状溝(5a)を前記軸孔(2e)から液密に隔離して作り出した圧力室(9)と、
前記胴部(2b)に、一端を胴部先端に開口させて設けたシリンダ(10)と、
前記シリンダ(10)に、一部をそのシリンダから突出させて軸方向移動可能に挿入したピストン(11)と、
前記胴部(2b)の内部で前記シリンダ(10)と前記圧力室(9)を連通させる連絡通路(12)と、
前記シリンダ(10)、連絡通路(12)、圧力室(9)に封入された作動液を有し、
前記ナット(4)が回転操作により回転しながら軸方向に移動して前記加圧リング(3)が追従し、その加圧リング(3)が前記把持筒(2a)を縮径させながら前記ピストン(11)を押し動かして前記圧力室(9)に液圧を発生させ、その液圧で前記スリーブの薄肉部(5b)が縮径し、前記第1の工具保持孔(a1)による工具の保持と前記第2の工具保持孔(5c)による工具の保持が同時になされるようにした工具ホルダ。 - 前記薄肉部(5b)の外周に、周方向に複数に分割された割りカラー(6)を外嵌した請求項1に記載の工具ホルダ。
- 前記シリンダ(10)とピストン(11)を周方向等分点に配置して複数設けた請求項1又は2に記載の工具ホルダ。
- ホルダ本体(2)の内部に、奥端側が小径のテーパ孔(2f)と、そのテーパ孔に圧入されるテーパスリーブ(7)と、このテーパスリーブを前記テーパ孔(2f)への圧入方向に付勢する弾性体(8)を設け、前記スリーブ(5)の後部を前記テーパスリーブ(7)の中心の孔の孔径に適合させてその後部を前記テーパスリーブ(7)の中心の孔に挿入した請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダ。
- 前記ナット(4)とそのナットを螺合させる前記胴部(2b)との間に摩擦低減部材(13)を介在した請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダ。
