Abstract

Provided is a knitting method of a tubular knitted fabric that can be turned around without forming a twisted stitch on the tubular knitted fabric. The yarn feeder is moved outward (to the left in the drawing), the BB stitch γ is formed during this movement, and the yarn feeder is positioned on the outer side of the FB stitch α. The stitch α is transferred to an empty needle located outside the stitch width than the stitch γ in the BB. The yarn feeder that has been positioned outward from the stitch α is moved inward (to the right in the drawing), and is positioned inward from the stitch α. While moving the yarn feeder that has been positioned inward from the stitch α toward the outside, the yarn is fed to the knitting needle of the BB that locks the stitch α, and the cylindrical knitted fabric is removed from the outside of the tube A stitch β is formed as a back stitch when viewed. Then, the yarn feeder is moved inward, and a new stitch ε is formed following the stitch δ that was close to the stitch α before the transfer.

Description

The present invention has a knitting method of a tubular knitted fabric that turns a back stitch when knitting a tubular knitted fabric using a flat knitting machine, and a portion knitted by applying the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric. It relates to a tubular knitted fabric.

A knitted tubular knitted fabric such as a sweater or a glove is knitted using a flat knitting machine having at least a pair of front and back needle beds. In the process of knitting such a tubular knitted fabric, there may be a difference in the number of stitches locked to the front and back needle beds. In such a case, the stitch at the end in the knitting width direction of the knitted fabric portion locked to one of the front and back needle beds is more than the stitch at the end of the knitting width direction of the knitted fabric portion locked to the other needle bed. The number of stitches locked to the front and back needle beds is made substantially the same by an action of transferring to the outside, so-called turning. And, when performing this turning, the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric is made so that the twist of the stitch is eliminated when the stitch is turned in advance by twisting the turning stitch in advance. Has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). When forming the stitch by moving the yarn feeder in one direction, the twisted stitch is knitted with the knitting needle when the yarn feeder that has once passed the position of the knitting needle that is to form the twist is reversed and passes through the knitting needle again. It is formed by hanging a thread.

An example of a method for twisting the turning stitch in advance is shown in FIG. In FIG. 6, FB indicates the front needle bed, BB indicates the rear needle bed, ▼ indicates the yarn feeder, and “S + number” indicates the number of the knitting process. These definitions are the same in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 7 described later.

In S1 of FIG. 6, the state before turning in, that is, before the stitches locked to the knitting needles 1 of the FB are moved outward in the knitting width direction from the stitches locked to the knitting needles 2 of the BB. Shows the state. In order to form a pre-twisted stitch from the state of S1, the yarn feeder is once passed through the position of the knitting needle (FB needle 1) forming the twist (S2), and the yarn feeder is reversed again. Knitting is performed when the position of the knitting needle is passed (S3). Next, a new stitch is formed following the stitch locked to the knitting needles 2, 4, 6, and 8 of the BB (S4). Through a series of these knitting steps, a twist is formed in the knitting needle 1 of the FB, and the twist is turned into a BB opposite to the twist (see S5). Here, S5 displays the knitting yarn so as to show the trajectory of the yarn feeder movement, and the actual knitting yarn is in the state shown in S5 ', and the twist of the previously twisted stitch is eliminated. ing.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-9851

However, according to the knitting method of Patent Document 1, the front can be turned around, but the back cannot be turned around. Here, the definition of the front and back stitches in this specification refers to a state in which the tubular knitted fabric is viewed from the outside of the tube, and the stitches drawn from the old stitches from the front side to the back side of the drawing are represented on the drawing. The eyes and vice versa are back eyes.

FIG. 7 shows a case where an attempt is made to wrap the back of a tubular knitted fabric in which all the stitches are formed based on the technical idea of forming stitches that are twisted in advance in the same manner as turning the front stitches. FIG. In FIG. 7, the stitch to be turned is a stitch that is locked to the knitting needle 1 of the FB.

First, from the locked state of the needle bed shown in S1, as a preparation for forming a new back stitch following the stitch locked to the BB, the stitch transferred to the FB facing the stitch locked to the BB is transferred (S2). . In this state, a new stitch that is continuous with the transferred stitch is formed (S3). If the stitch formed in S3 is returned to BB, it becomes the back stitch.

(S6,S7)。   Next, in the same manner as when forming the front twist, the yarn feeder is moved to the right in the drawing, and once passes through the position of the knitting needle 1 of the FB (S4), the BB of the knitting needle 1 of the FB is opposed to the BB. After transferring to the knitting needle 1 for turning, the yarn feeder is reversed leftward on the paper surface, and the knitting needle 1 of the BB is used to form a stitch (S5). Finally, back stitches are formed following the stitches locked to the FB in S5 (S6, S7).

When the knitted stitch (knitted by the knitting needle 2 in S7) formed as a result of knitting as described above is viewed, it is not a back stitch but a front stitch. In other words, even if you try to turn the back eye, you can only do it. In addition, when the old stitch on which this face is formed is seen, it is in a twisted state.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the object thereof is a knitting method of a tubular knitted fabric that can be turned around without forming a twisted stitch in the tubular knitted fabric, and the method thereof. It is providing the cylindrical knitted fabric which has the place knitted by applying the method.

The knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention is a flat knitting which has at least a pair of front and back needle beds, at least one of the front and back needle beds can be racked left and right, and the stitches can be transferred between the front and back needle beds. When a tubular knitted fabric is knitted using a machine, a stitch β newly formed following the stitch α at the end in the knitting width direction of one knitted fabric portion locked to one needle bed is A cylinder that turns the back stitch by positioning it on the outer side of the knitting width of the other knitted fabric portion with respect to the stitch γ of the knitting width direction end portion of the other knitted fabric portion that is locked to the other needle bed facing the needle bed. This relates to the knitting method of the knitted fabric. Then, in the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, among the moving directions of the yarn feeder along the extending direction of the needle bed, the direction from the stitch α toward the knitted fabric portion is inward, and the opposite direction is outward. When the method is used, the following steps are included.
A step 1 of moving the yarn feeder outward, forming the stitch γ during this movement, and positioning the yarn feeder on the outer side of the stitch α.
Step 2 of transferring the stitch α to an empty needle located on the outer side of the stitch width than the stitch γ in the other needle bed.
Step 3 of moving the yarn feeder, which has been positioned outward from the stitch α, inwardly and positioning the yarn feeder inward from the stitch α.
While moving the yarn feeder that has been positioned inward from the stitch α toward the outside, the yarn is fed to the knitting needle of the other needle bed that locks the stitch α, and the tubular knitted fabric Step 4 of forming the stitch β, which becomes the back stitch when viewed from the outside of the cylinder.
Step 5 of moving the yarn feeder inward to form a new stitch ε following the stitch δ that was close to the stitch α in Step 1 above.

As one form of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, when knitting a tubular knitted fabric having a portion where the front and back stitches are adjacent to each other, the back stitch is turned from one needle bed to the other needle bed. In carrying out the steps 1-5, in turning the face from one needle bed to the other needle bed, in the knitting direction opposite to the steps 1-5, in one needle bed It is preferable that a pre-twisted stitch is formed and the twisted stitch is turned into the other needle bed. As a knitting method for turning the front, a known method as already described with reference to FIG. 6 can be used.

Furthermore, this invention tubular knitted fabric has the location knitted by applying the knitting method of this invention cylindrical knitted fabric, It is characterized by the above-mentioned. Examples of the place where the knitting process is performed in the knitting process of the tubular knitted fabric include a neckline portion such as a sweater and a joining portion of a thumb and finger bag in a glove along the shape of a human hand.

According to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, the back stitch can be turned around, and no twist is formed when the back stitch is formed. Therefore, it can also be applied when knitting a tubular knitted fabric having a rib structure in which front and back are mixed.

Further, according to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, the back stitch can be formed where the back stitch is to be formed, and the front stitch can be formed where the front stitch is to be formed. Is not formed.

FIG. 2 is a knitting process diagram according to the first embodiment when the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention is applied to a tubular knitted fabric in which all formed stitches are back stitches. It is a knitting process figure which concerns on 2nd embodiment at the time of applying the knitting method of this invention cylindrical knitted fabric to the cylindrical knitted fabric which has 1x1 rib structure | tissue. FIG. 3 is a knitting process diagram according to the second embodiment following FIG. 2. It is the photograph of the glove knitted applying the knitting process shown in the second embodiment. It is a photograph of the glove which has a 1x1 rib organization knitted based on the technical idea of patent documents 1. FIG. 5 is a knitting process diagram for turning the front without forming a twisted line. FIG. 5 is a knitting process diagram in a case where an attempt is made to turn the back stitch based on the same technical idea as the method for turning the front face without forming a twist.

Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 1 and a second embodiment will be described based on FIGS. Each of the knitting described in these embodiments will be described as an example of knitting using a two-bed flat knitting machine having a pair of front and back needle beds extending in the left-right direction and facing each other in the front-rear direction. Of course, the flat knitting machine to be used may be a four-bed flat knitting machine. In the embodiment, a general operation not related to the present invention, for example, transfer of a stitch to an opposing needle bed to form a back stitch following a stitch locked to the needle bed, The description of the operation such as racking for moving the locking position of the stitch in FIG.

<First embodiment>
In the first embodiment, while turning the stitch locked to the knitting needle 1 of the FB in the locked state of S1 in FIG. 1 more outward than the stitch locked to the knitting needle 2 of the BB, An example of forming a back eye will be described. All stitches formed after S2 are back stitches.

In S2, the position of each stitch locked to the BB in S1 is shifted one by one in the right direction on the paper surface by racking, and the yarn feeder is moved in the left direction (outward) on the paper surface. A new stitch is formed following the stitches locked to the knitting needles 2, 4, 6, and 8, and the yarn feeder is positioned on the outer side of the stitch α. The knitting yarn extending from the yarn feeder is connected to the newly formed stitch γ following the stitch locked to the knitting needle 2 of the BB in S1.

Next, in S3, the stitch α is transferred to the opposite BB, and the position of each stitch locked to the FB in S2 is shifted one by one in the left direction of the paper by racking, and then the yarn feeder is moved to the right of the paper. It is moved in the direction (inward) and is positioned on the inner side of the transferred stitch α.

Further, in S4, the yarn feeder is moved outward, and the stitch β is formed when the yarn passing through the position of the knitting needle 1 of BB again.

Then, in S5, the yarn feeder is moved inward to form a new back stitch following the stitch locked by the FB. Here, the stitch δ shown in FIG. 1 is a stitch adjacent to the stitch α in the stitch width direction in S1, and a stitch ε is formed following the stitch δ in S5. Thereafter, if the back stitching is continued, the knitting of S2 to S5 may be repeated.

Here, in S5, since the knitting yarn is displayed so as to show the locus of movement of the yarn feeder, it appears that the knitting yarns intersect and the stitch α and the stitch β are twisted. However, when the actual state of the knitting yarn is arranged, the knitting yarns do not intersect as shown in S5 ′, and neither the stitch α nor the stitch β is twisted. Thus, if knitting is performed according to the knitting process of the present embodiment, the back stitches are turned in at the time when the back stitches are formed. Moreover, the other stitches are not twisted during the formation of the back stitch. Therefore, the appearance of the finished tubular knitted fabric is not impaired.

In addition, by applying the knitting method of the first embodiment, a plurality of stitches arranged at the end in the knitting width direction can be continuously wound. For example, when the stitches locked to the knitting needles 1 and 3 of the FB in S1 are continuously turned, the same knitting as the knitting shown in S2 to S4 is repeated twice, and then the same knitting as the knitting shown in S5 is performed. Just do it.

<Second embodiment>
In the second embodiment, an example in which a 1 × 1 rib structure is formed while turning the stitches of the knitted fabric portion of the FB in the locked state shown in S1 of FIG. 2 into the BB will be described. Specifically, a new face is formed following the stitches locked to the FB knitting needles 3 and BB knitting needles 2 and 6 in S1, and the FB knitting needles 1 and 5 and BB knitting needles 4 are locked. A new back stitch is formed following the stitch.

(S5)。   In S2 to S5 in FIG. 2, the same knitting as the knitting in S2 to S5 shown in FIG. 1 of the first embodiment is performed, and the rib structure is knitted and the back is turned around. Specifically, the rib structure is knitted on the BB while the yarn feeder is moved in the left direction (outward) in the drawing, and the yarn feeder is positioned on the outer side of the stitch α locked to the knitting needle 1 of the FB. (S2). Next, the stitch α is transferred from FB to BB (S3). A new stitch β is formed following the stitch α transferred in S3 (S4). Then, a new stitch including the stitch ε is formed following the stitch of the FB that has not been turned (S5).

Next, the turning of the front is performed by the knitting of S6 to S9 in FIG. In the knitting after S6, the knitting direction is set as a turning point (not shown), and the knitting direction is set in the direction opposite to the knitting direction of S2 to S5 described above. The conventional knitting direction already described with reference to FIG. The same as the knitting method. Specifically, in S6, the yarn feeder is positioned on the outer side of the existing stitch (the stitch of the knitting needle 2 of the FB) that forms a new stitch to be turned. Next, in S7, a new stitch is formed by turning back the yarn feeder that has already passed through the existing stitch and forming the stitch when passing through the existing stitch again. Then, in S8, after forming a new stitch following the stitch of the BB that is not turned, in S9, the pre-twisted stitch formed in S8 is turned into the opposite BB.

It should be noted that a stitch that is a turning point when the knitting direction is reversed is fixed by being overlapped with a stitch that is close to the stitch at the turning point.

In the tubular knitted fabric obtained through the knitting process as described above, front and back stitches are formed at desired locations, despite being knitted by turning in the knitting process. Moreover, this tubular knitted fabric has an excellent appearance because no stitches twisted during the knitting process are formed.

FIG. 4 shows a photograph of gloves knitted by applying the above knitting process. Moreover, in order to contrast with the cylindrical knitted fabric knitted with the knitting method of this embodiment, the photograph of the glove which tried to wrap around the back by the procedure demonstrated using FIG. 7 is shown in FIG.

As apparent from a comparison between FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the glove of FIG. 4 knitted by applying the knitting process of the present embodiment forms an undisturbed rib structure, whereas FIG. Then, the disorder | damage | failure had arisen in the part of the back of the rib structure | tissue shown by the encirclement in a figure.

In addition, in 2nd embodiment, after forming the twist of the back eye and turning it around 1 time, it forms the twist of the front eye and continues turning around 1 time. You may turn your eyes continuously. In that case, first, twists of the back stitches are formed according to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, then twists of the front stitches are formed in the knitting direction opposite to the knitting direction of the back stitches, and finally these twists are formed. Turn your eyes around continuously.
