Claims (6)
- きのこ廃菌床由来の酵素群を使用し、酵素糖化反応によってリグノセルロース資源から糖化液を生成させる糖化工程と、
前記糖化工程で生成した前記糖化液を発酵させて、エタノールを生成させる発酵工程とを有することを特徴とするエタノールの製造方法。 - 前記酵素群は、セルラーゼ群を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のエタノールの製造方法。
- 前記酵素群は、キシラナーゼ群を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のエタノールの製造方法。
- 前記糖化工程に使用されるリグノセルロース資源は、水蒸気蒸留後に粉砕されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエタノール製造方法。
- 前記リグノセルロース資源の水蒸気蒸留、及び、前記リグノグリセロール資源の粉砕は、交互の複数回行われることを特徴とする請求項4記載のエタノールの製造方法。
- 前記糖化工程は、前記リグノセルロース資源と液体媒体とが混合した混合液に、前記きのこ廃菌床から前記酵素群を抽出する際に得られる抽出液を投入し、酵素糖化反応によって糖化液を生成させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエタノールの製造方法。
