ここで、配合モル比x、y、及びzは、下記数式(1)〜(4)を満足している。
0≦y≦0.2…(2)
0.05≦x+y≦0.2…(3)
0.02≦z≦0.1…(4)
すなわち、本圧電磁器組成物は、ペロブスカイト型構造(一般式ABO3)を有するPbTiO3系複合酸化物を主成分としている。そして、Aサイト成分であるPbの一部がCa及びSrの少なくとも一方と置換され、Bサイト成分であるTiの一部が(Ni1/3Nb2/3)と置換されている。
Aサイト中のPbの一部を、Ca及びSrの少なくとも一方と置換することにより、Bサイト中のTiと(Ni1/3Nb2/3)の配合量と相俟って、1100℃程度の低温で焼成することが可能となり、また320℃以上の高いキュリー点Tcを有し、かつ良好な圧電性を有する圧電磁器組成物を得ることが可能となる。
Bサイト中のTiの一部を(Ni1/3Nb2/3)と置換することにより、上記PbとCa及び/又はSrの配合量と相俟って、1100℃程度の低温で焼成することが可能となり、また320℃以上の高いキュリー点Tcを有し、かつ良好な圧電性を有する圧電磁器組成物を得ることが可能になる。
ここで、f80、f-20、及びf20は、それぞれ80℃、−20℃、及び20℃で測定した共振周波数である。
Claims (6)
- 主成分が、一般式{(Pb1-x-yCaxSry){Ti1-z(Ni1/3Nb2/3)z}O3}で表されると共に、前記x、y、zが、
0≦x≦0.2、
0≦y≦0.2、
0.05≦x+y≦0.2、
0.02≦z≦0.1
を満足することを特徴とする圧電磁器組成物。 - 前記x、yが、
0.05≦x≦0.15、
0≦y≦0.15
であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧電磁器組成物。 - Mn成分が、前記主成分100重量部に対し、MnCO3に換算して1.0重量部以下(0を除く。)含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の圧電磁器組成物。
- 前記Mn成分が、前記主成分100重量部に対し、MnCO3に換算して0.05重量部以上1.0重量部以下含まれていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の圧電磁器組成物。
- 圧電セラミック素体の内部電極が埋設されると共に、該圧電セラミック素体の表面に外部電極が形成された圧電素子において、
前記圧電セラミック素体が請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載された圧電磁器組成物で形成されていることを特徴とする圧電素子。 - 前記内部電極が、Ag−Pd合金で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の圧電素子。
