Description
The present invention relates to a working vehicle for spreading pavement material and a method for constructing a pavement using the same, and more particularly, pavement material such as a binder emulsion mixture containing filler and fine aggregate is spread on a road surface or floor slab. The present invention relates to a working vehicle for spreading pavement materials and a method for constructing a pavement using the same.
Conventionally, as a device for spraying a paving material such as asphalt on a road surface, a spraying device including a gear pump has been used (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-131958). However, according to the experience of the present inventors, the mechanical stability of the modified asphalt emulsion, resin or rubber emulsion, and asphalt emulsion to which latex is added using the spraying device provided with the gear pump. If an attempt is made to spray a bad binder emulsion, the asphalt emulsion may be decomposed before being discharged from the spray nozzle, resulting in inconvenience that it cannot be sprayed well on the road surface. This is because, according to the knowledge of the present inventors, the conventional spraying device uses a gear pump as a discharge pump, and the asphalt emulsion comes into contact with the gear in the gear pump and receives a shearing force to cause friction. This is because decomposition of the asphalt emulsion occurs.
Also, using a conventional spraying device, for example, when trying to spray an asphalt emulsion mixture in which filler and fine aggregate are mixed with asphalt emulsion, the mixed filler and fine aggregate are sandwiched between the gears in the gear pump, The pump may not work due to biting, or the gears may wear out, resulting in a problem that the function of the pump deteriorates early. It was very difficult to spread using.
In order to solve such problems, as a device for spraying an asphalt emulsion mixture mixed with filler, fine aggregate, etc., the inside of the tank containing the asphalt emulsion mixture is pressurized by air pressure, and the asphalt emulsion mixture is pressurized by that pressure. A spraying device that discharges toward the spray nozzle has also been proposed (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-41163). However, in this pressurizing type spraying device, it takes time to pressurize the asphalt emulsion mixture in the tank until the inside of the tank reaches a sufficient pressure, and the filler and fine aggregate are mixed. Discharge of the asphalt emulsion mixture having an increased viscosity requires a large pressure, and the entire apparatus must be pressure resistant, and there is a drawback that there is a danger of pressurization. Further, in the pressure type spraying device, there is a problem that material separation between the asphalt emulsion and the aggregate tends to occur between the tank and the spraying nozzle, and spraying with a constant composition cannot be performed.
For this reason, conventionally, an emulsion mixture in which fillers, fine aggregates, and the like are mixed is spread on a road surface in a mixture state using a machine called a spreader box (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-27105). No. publication). However, this method of spreading the emulsion mixture has the disadvantages that it takes time and effort to spread the emulsion mixture to a predetermined thickness, the efficiency is low, and the construction area does not increase. In addition, there is a limit to reducing the layer thickness of the mixture depending on the leveling, and there is a problem that the construction thickness is inevitably thicker than necessary and the cost is increased.
The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and paving such as a binder emulsion that is easy to decompose and poor in mechanical stability, and an emulsion mixture containing fillers and fine aggregates. Even paving materials can be safely and safely sprayed, and a paving material spraying work vehicle capable of efficiently building a thin layer of paving materials, and such paving materials An object of the present invention is to provide a safe and efficient method for constructing a low-cost pavement using a work vehicle for spraying.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors diligently conducted test and research, and as a result, by using a piston pump instead of a conventional gear pump, even a binder emulsion having poor mechanical stability has a problem. The emulsion mixture containing fillers and fine aggregates can be sprayed safely and efficiently without causing the material to bite into the pump operating mechanism and pump wear. And the present invention was completed.
That is, the present invention comprises a material storage tank, a spray bar, a plurality of spray nozzles connected to the spray bar, and a piston pump, and a conduit connecting the material storage tank and the suction port of the piston pump; To provide a pavement material spreading work vehicle having a pipe connecting a discharge port of a piston pump and a spray bar, and a method for constructing a pavement using such a pavement material spreading work vehicle. Thus, the above-mentioned problem is solved.
As described above, the working vehicle for pavement material spraying according to the present invention uses a piston pump as a discharge pump, so that there is little contact decomposition between the pavement material and pump components, and fillers and fine aggregates. Even pavement materials containing such as can obtain the advantage that they can be discharged and dispersed safely and reliably without being pressurized.
In the working vehicle for pavement material spraying according to the present invention, it is preferable to provide a material return pipe for connecting the spray bar and the material storage tank, and such a return pipe should be provided. Thus, even when the spray nozzle is not sprayed, the piston pump can always be operated to circulate the paving material, and the material separation of the paving material can be prevented. In this material storage tank, it is preferable to provide a stirring and mixing blade for stirring and mixing the material. Thus, by providing the stirring and mixing blade in the material storage tank, the material is stirred. In addition to preventing separation of the paving material, if necessary, various paving materials can be introduced into the material storage tank and mixed in the material storage tank to produce a paving mixture. The advantage is obtained.
Furthermore, in the working vehicle for pavement material spraying according to the present invention, the piston pump is a backward-acting pump, and the piston head has a bowl-like shape opened toward the suction port side. Preferably, this not only can reduce the pulsation of the discharge amount, but also because the piston head is bowl-shaped, there is no dead space between the piston head and the inner wall of the cylinder. There is an advantage that the paving material can be moved more smoothly by reciprocating motion. Further, when the piston head is provided with one or more piston rings having at least two pairs of annular grooves arranged so as to face each other with their backs facing each other, In any process, it is possible to prevent the paving material from entering between the cylinder and the piston. Even if the paving material contains filler, fine aggregate, etc., the bite of the material and the wear of the piston The excellent effect of being able to discharge and disperse without any problems is obtained.
By using such a working vehicle for pavement material spraying of the present invention, a layer of a pavement material containing filler and / or fine aggregate on a road surface or floor slab is fixed by a simple method of spraying. Since the thickness is relatively thin, and it can be constructed efficiently and safely, it is suitable for construction in a large area, and particularly exhibits the power in constructing a surface treatment layer. Further, if the working vehicle for pavement material spraying of the present invention is used, a thin layer of the pavement material can be formed by a method called spraying. For example, an appropriate pavement material is sprayed on the drainage pavement. Even if a layer of pavement material is formed, the surface of the drainage pavement will not be filled and blocked, and the surface can be rejuvenated or repaired while maintaining drainage. Benefits are gained.
Hereinafter, the working vehicle for spreading pavement materials according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In the illustrated example, a self-propelled work vehicle equipped with an engine is shown, but the pavement material spreading work vehicle 1 of the present invention is, for example, a non-self-propelled one that is towed and travels. Also good.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of the piston pumps 5a and 5b. In FIG. 3,

62a and 62b are piston rings arranged on the second chamber B side of the
The material constituting the piston pumps 5a and 5b as described above is not particularly limited as long as it can withstand the suction and discharge of the paving material. In general, it is better to use metals such as stainless steel, steel, and aluminum, and these metals are chrome plated with a thickness of 0.02 mm or more, more preferably 0.1 mm or more. Is desirable. Further, it is preferable to use ceramic as the material of the
Next, suction and discharge operations of the piston pumps 5a and 5b will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 5, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, when the
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, when the moving directions of the
In the state shown in FIG. 7, pressure is applied to the first chamber as the
FIG. 8 shows a state where the
Next, as shown in FIG. 9, when the
By repeating the above operation, the piston pumps 5a and 5b repeat the suction and discharge of the paving material. As described above, according to the piston pumps 5a and 5b, the
FIG. 10 is a diagram schematically showing only the piping system of the working vehicle 1 for pavement material dispersion shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The operation of the working vehicle 1 for pavement material spraying according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. First, in order to spray the pavement material from the
When the spraying is interrupted or stopped, the on-off
On the other hand, in order to spread the pavement material on the remaining portion by using the
When the spraying of the paving material from the
In addition, as described above, in the state where the
According to the working vehicle for pavement material spraying of the present invention as described above, mechanical stability that is easily decomposed by adding a modified asphalt emulsion modified with rubber or resin, and further a latex or emulsion of rubber or resin. Even binder emulsions such as asphalt emulsions with poor properties can be sprayed in good condition, and the working vehicle for spraying paving materials of the present invention contains fillers and fine aggregates. In particular, when applied to a pavement material such as a binder emulsion such as an asphalt emulsion or a binder emulsion mixture, it exhibits a particularly excellent effect. As a typical example of such a paving material, for example, a bitumen material such as asphalt is used as a binder material, or a combination of a tackifier and a plasticizer is used as a binder material. Paving binder emulsion blended with plastic resin and / or rubber, and paving binder emulsion blended with fine filler such as inorganic filler and coarse sand, fine sand, quartz sand, crushed sand, etc. An emulsion mixture is mentioned. Pavement binder emulsion mixtures containing inorganic fillers and fine aggregates are difficult to disperse with some conventional dispersers using gear pumps. It is a pavement material that must be constructed by leveling instead of flooring.
According to the working vehicle for paving material spraying of the present invention, even the paving material as described above can be easily and safely sprayed on the road surface or the floor slab. Since it is sprayed by running a work vehicle, it is efficient and can handle a large construction area, and the pavement material layer can be constructed in a relatively thin layer, which also saves material. Is extremely useful.
For example, in order to construct a pavement having a surface treatment layer or a top coat layer, for example, using the working vehicle for spraying material for pavement of the present invention, first, after sufficiently cleaning the target road surface, as described above The pavement binder emulsion mixture or the pavement binder emulsion is spread on the road surface by using the pavement material spraying work vehicle of the present invention to form a layer by the pavement binder emulsion mixture or the pavement binder emulsion. good. Although there is no particular limitation on the layer thickness of the paving binder emulsion mixture or paving binder emulsion, in the case of the surface treatment layer, it is generally preferable to finish to a layer thickness of 1 to 10 mm. The layer thickness is preferably 0.1 to 2 mm. The surface treatment layer and the top coat layer as described above can be finished in a multilayer of two or more layers. If there is a relatively large crack or a deep crack on the road surface, the crack should be removed before the pavement binder emulsion mixture or pavement binder emulsion layer is formed by spraying. It is preferable to fill a part or all with an appropriate filler. The same applies when there is a pothole or burrowing on the road surface.
The construction by the working vehicle for pavement material spraying of the present invention is not limited to the construction of the surface treatment layer and the top coat layer described above. For example, when building a layer such as a waterproof layer, an adhesive layer, a stress relieving layer, or a pavement including these layers, it is basically the same. First, the surface of the target road surface, floor slab, etc. After cleaning as appropriate, using the working vehicle for spraying paving material of the present invention, the above-mentioned paving binder emulsion or paving binder emulsion mixture or other appropriate paving material is sprayed, and an appropriate thickness is applied. A layer may be formed.
As described above, the working vehicle for spreading pavement material according to the present invention is a pavement material containing a binder emulsion such as a modified asphalt emulsion that is easy to disassemble and poor in mechanical stability, and a filler or fine aggregate. Even if it exists, it can spread efficiently, reliably and safely. Scattering with work vehicles is suitable for construction on large-scale areas, and it is possible to change the construction thickness as needed by adjusting the amount of spraying per unit area in a relatively short time over a large area. It is easy to adjust the construction thickness according to the situation and the characteristics of the paving material to be used, and the amount of the paving material to be used is set to an appropriate amount, eliminating waste and extremely effective in reducing the cost. Thus, it is possible to disperse pavement materials that are easy to disassemble and pavement materials containing fillers and / or fine aggregates that are concerned about biting of the materials and wear of the pump itself, safely and efficiently. There is no work vehicle before the filing of the present application, and the present invention has extremely excellent industrial applicability.
