Description
The present invention relates to a stocker device capable of loading products onto an empty tray and storing a number of stacked trays.
For example, when a resin molded product such as a resin gear is manufactured by a resin molding device, a stocker device is generally used. The stocker device is manufactured by a resin molding device, and then the molded product that has been transported by an external transport device such as a robot is loaded onto an empty tray inside, and a number of trays loaded with molded products are stacked. It will be stored in the state.
The stocker apparatus currently marketed is provided with the 1st tray stock part which stores an empty tray, and the 2nd tray stock part which stores the loaded tray. A number of empty trays are stored in the first tray stock section in a stacked state. In addition, there are lifting means for raising and lowering the trays existing in the first tray stock part and the second tray stock part, and transport means for transporting the loaded tray to the second tray stock part. Have.
Such a stocker device is provided open to the outside, and the tray and the molded product are exposed to the external atmosphere.
Note that the stocker device described in the literature, for example, is described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-9016, although the types are different. However, currently, no other document is known about the stocker apparatus of the type described above in which a large number of trays are stacked. The stocker device is also called a stock system or stocker.
Here, the mail distribution service in the mobile phone service has an advantage that mail transmitted from the other party can be immediately received by its own mobile phone terminal. In other words, in a personal computer that is not always connected, there is an inconvenience that after the mail software is started, unless the mail server receives and accesses the mail server, it is not known whether the other party has sent the mail. is there. On the other hand, in the mail distribution service in the mobile phone service, the information transmission by mail is immediate and the usage frequency is increasing.
In addition, when the other party's mobile phone terminal cannot deliver mail because it is in an area where radio waves do not reach or the like, transmission is attempted again by the transmission program after a predetermined time has elapsed. Thereafter, this operation is repeated a plurality of times until transmission is performed. In addition to sending mail by the sending program, it is also possible to access the mail server by itself and receive the mail addressed to itself stored in the mail server.
This email transmission / reception service is mainly provided by the mobile phone operator as a mobile phone terminal provider, and is also provided with other mobile phone operators and general Internet service operators. , Send and receive mail.
By the way, the current stocker device is stacked with the empty tray and the loading tray open to the outside. In addition, there are many cases where a device for tearing a runner (unnecessary portion) separated from a resin molded product is installed at a place where the resin molded product is manufactured, which tends to be an environment including a large number of dusts.
Therefore, when the stocker apparatus is exposed to an atmosphere containing a large number of dusts, such as a factory, a large number of dusts adhere to the tray and the loading tray that are stacked on the uppermost part. When dust adheres to such trays and loading trays, dust adheres to the manufactured molded product, particularly when the molded product is a product containing food (eg, a resin egg pack). Is not preferable from the viewpoint of hygiene.
Further, for example, if dust adheres to a precise electronic component or the like, a cause of failure is caused. For this reason, precision molded parts are sometimes required to be thoroughly cleaned before being assembled as a product.
In addition, since the current stocker device has a large resin molding device and external transfer device that cooperate, the miniaturization of the stocker device itself is hardly considered, and a large device is allowed. Yes. For this reason, the stocker device generally occupies a large space. Therefore, there is a problem that the stocker device cannot be installed when the installation space is limited.
Furthermore, the current stocker apparatus is more expensive than the function of simply loading. For example, there are cases where it is almost the same as that of a resin molding apparatus, and sometimes more than a resin molding apparatus. However, in the field of resin molding, the stocker device is handled as an accessory of the resin molding device. For this reason, the function and cost of the resin molding device should be carefully examined, or the stocker device should be considered even if it is a little expensive. It continues to be adopted without any problems.
The present invention has been made based on the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a stocker device capable of loading a product and a tray while maintaining a clean state. . Another object of the present invention is to provide a stocker apparatus capable of achieving downsizing and cost reduction in addition to the above-described object.
The stocker apparatus according to the present invention is configured to load a plurality of empty trays in a first tray stock section that allows a plurality of empty trays to be stored, and to load a plurality of the loaded trays in this state. A second tray stock unit that is enabled, a tray support unit that supports the tray, a lifting unit that lifts and lowers the tray support unit, and is provided in each of the first tray stock unit and the second tray stock unit, When a product is loaded on an empty tray existing in one tray stock section, a transporting means for transporting the loaded tray to a second tray stock section is provided. Covering at least the side and top surfaces of the tray stock portion and the second tray stock portion, and the external atmosphere and the first tray stock portion and the second tray stock. An outer wall constituting member is provided to divide the first tray stock portion, and an opening is provided above the first tray stock portion so that a product can be carried in. An ionizer is provided in the vicinity of the opening portion. The product to be ionized is injected with ionized air, after which the product is loaded into an empty tray, and above the second tray stock section, this second Air purifying means to be introduced into the tray stock portion is provided.
As described above, by providing the outer wall constituent member, the first tray stock portion and the second tray stock portion existing inside the stocker apparatus are shielded from the external atmosphere. Thereby, even if the external atmosphere contains a large amount of dust, it is possible to prevent the dust from adhering to the trays stored in the first tray stock portion and the second tray stock portion. Moreover, it is possible to prevent dust from adhering to the product loaded in the empty tray.
In addition, the product can be carried into the stocker device through the opening provided above the first tray stock part, but the opening is provided in a part of the section formed by the outer wall constituent member. Thus, the opening portion communicating with the outside can be minimized.
Furthermore, by providing an ionizer in the vicinity of the opening, ionized air is blown onto the product as the product passes through the opening. Thereby, the dust adhering to the product can be removed. In particular, dust that tends to adhere to a charged product is prevented from adhering to the product when the product is neutralized by the ionized air. In addition, the product can be sterilized with ionized air.
Further, by providing an air cleaning means above the second tray stock portion, the air taken in from the outside is cleaned and supplied to the second tray stock portion. For this reason, in the 2nd tray stock part, the cleaned air will move below from the upper part, and the atmosphere is kept clean.
In addition to the stocker device of the above invention, the stocker device of the present invention includes a frame, an elastically deformable sealing member that abuts along the longitudinal direction of the frame, and a panel that abuts the sealing member. And a pad member that abuts so as to cover the outer edge of the panel member and is attached and fixed to the frame member to elastically sandwich the panel member with the sealing member.
In the present invention, when the panel member is attached, the outer wall constituting member can seal the inside of the stocker device without generating dust from the screw hole or the like. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the inside of the stocker apparatus from the outside or the panel member portion, and it is possible to store the tray and the products loaded on the tray in a clean state.
Further, the stocker apparatus of the present invention has four annular belts for supporting the tray support means at four points in addition to the stocker apparatus of the above invention, and the annular belt is a linear belt having both ends. The one end and the other end are overlapped and fixed by being sandwiched and fixed by a both-end fixing member, and the both-end fixing member is arranged outside the winding circumference of the annular belt.
In this invention, both ends of the linear belt are overlapped and fixed by using both-end fixing members, so that the length of the one end side and the other end side of the linear belt can be arbitrarily adjusted to make an annular shape. The belt length can be set freely. For this reason, it is not necessary to use an endless belt formed in an annular shape from the beginning, and the cost can be reduced as compared with the case of using the endless belt.
Moreover, the both-ends fixing member can be prevented from interfering with the pulley on which the annular belt is stretched and the both-ends fixing member by being arranged outside the winding circumference of the annular belt. Thus, by preventing interference between the pulley and the both-end fixing member, the driving distance of the annular belt to which the tray support means is attached can be increased. Thereby, the dimensional efficiency of the stocker device is improved, and a larger number of trays can be stored inside. In addition, the stocker device can be made compact.
In addition to the stocker device of the above invention, the stocker device of the present invention is a linear gear belt, and after bending one end side or the other end side of the linear gear belt by 180 degrees. The one end side and the other end side are overlapped and clamped and fixed by both end fixing members.
In this invention, a gear belt is used, and after bending one end side or the other end side by 180 degrees, the one end side and the other end side are overlapped, so that the tooth portion on one end side and the tooth portion on the other end side And are overlapped with each other. If the gear belt is clamped and fixed by the both-end fixing members in this state, the gear belt can be prevented from shifting and the space of the overlapping portion can be reduced.
Furthermore, the stocker apparatus of the present invention loads a product into a first tray stock section that enables a plurality of empty trays to be stored and an empty tray, and stores a plurality of the loaded trays in this state. A second tray stock unit that enables the tray support unit, a tray support unit that is provided in each of the first tray stock unit and the second tray stock unit, and a lifting unit that lifts and lowers the tray support unit. In a stocker device comprising: a transporting means for transporting a loaded tray to a second tray stock part when a product is loaded on an empty tray existing in the first tray stock part; Covering at least the side surfaces and the upper surface of the first tray stock portion and the second tray stock portion, and the external atmosphere and the first tray stock portion and the second tray stock portion. An outer wall constituting member for separating the stock portion is provided, and an opening for carrying the product is provided above the first tray stock portion, and an ionizer is provided in the vicinity of the opening. The ionized air is sprayed onto the product that is carried in, and then the product is loaded on an empty tray, and the outer wall component is elastically deformable that abuts the frame and the longitudinal direction of the frame. A sealing member, a panel member that abuts on the sealing member, abuts so as to cover the outer edge of the panel member, and is attached and fixed to the frame member to elastically sandwich the panel member with the sealing member. A pad member.
In the present invention, by providing the outer wall constituting member, the first tray stock portion and the second tray stock portion are shielded from the external atmosphere, and even if the external atmosphere contains a large amount of dust, the first tray stock portion. It is possible to prevent dust from adhering to the trays stored in the second tray stock portion and the second tray stock portion. Moreover, it is possible to prevent dust from adhering to the product loaded in the empty tray. In addition, by providing an opening in a part of a section formed by the outer wall constituent member above the first tray stock portion, an opening portion communicating with the outside can be minimized.
Further, by providing an ionizer in the vicinity of the opening, when the product passes through the opening, ionized air is blown onto the product, and dust attached to the product can be removed. As a result, the product is neutralized and charged dust or the like does not adhere to the product. In addition, the product can be sterilized with ionized air.
Furthermore, by providing an air cleaning means above the second tray stock portion, the air taken in from the outside is cleaned, and the atmosphere inside the second tray stock portion is kept clean. Further, when the panel member is attached, the inside of the stocker device can be sealed without generating dust from the screw holes or the like. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the inside of the stocker apparatus from the outside or the panel member portion, and it is possible to store the tray and the products loaded on the tray in a clean state.
An outer wall constituting member that separates the stock portion is provided, an opening through which a product can be carried is provided above the first tray stock portion, and each lifting means is provided with four annular supports for supporting each tray support means. The annular belt is configured by overlapping one end and the other end of a linear belt having both ends and sandwiching and fixing with both end fixing members. Further, the linear belt is a linear gear belt, and after bending one end side or the other end side of the linear gear belt by 180 degrees, the one end side and the other are arranged outside the winding circumference. The end side is overlapped and clamped and fixed by both end fixing members.
In addition, since the both ends of the linear belt are overlapped and fixed by using both end fixing members, the length of the linear belt is arbitrarily adjusted so that the length of the annular belt is adjusted. Can be set freely. For this reason, it is not necessary to use an endless belt formed in an annular shape from the beginning, and the cost can be reduced as compared with the case of using the endless belt.
Further, the both-end fixing member is disposed outside the winding circumference of the annular belt, thereby preventing interference between the pulley around which the annular belt is stretched and the both-end fixing member. Thus, the drive distance of the annular belt to which the tray support means is attached can be increased by preventing the interference between the pulley and the both-end fixing member. Thereby, the dimensional efficiency of the stocker device is improved, and a larger number of trays can be stored inside. In addition, the stocker device can be made compact.
Further, a gear belt is used, and after bending one end side or the other end side by 180 degrees, the one end side and the other end side are overlapped, so that the tooth portion on one end side and the tooth portion on the other end side are It is piled up in a meshed state. If the gear belt is clamped and fixed by the both-end fixing members in this state, the gear belt can be prevented from shifting and the space of the overlapping portion can be reduced.

Hereinafter, a

According to the stocker device of the present invention, it is possible to prevent dust from adhering to the trays stored in the first tray stock portion and the second tray stock portion even if the external atmosphere contains a large amount of dust. Can do. Moreover, it is possible to prevent dust from adhering to the product loaded in the empty tray.
Further, by providing the opening in a part of the section formed by the outer wall constituent member, the opening portion communicating with the outside can be minimized.
Further, by providing an ionizer in the vicinity of the opening, dust attached to the product can be removed. In particular, dust that tends to adhere to a charged product is prevented from adhering to the product when the product is neutralized by the ionized air. In addition, the product can be sterilized with ionized air.
Furthermore, in the second tray stock section, the cleaned air moves from the upper side to the lower side, and the atmosphere is kept clean.
Further, according to the stocker device of the present invention, when the panel member is attached, the outer wall constituting member can seal the inside of the stocker device without generating dust from the screw hole or the like. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the inside of the stocker apparatus from the outside or the panel member portion, and it is possible to store the tray and the products loaded on the tray in a clean state.
Furthermore, according to the stocker device of the present invention, since both ends of the linear belt are overlapped and fixed by using both end fixing members, the length at which one end side and the other end side of the linear belt are overlapped can be arbitrarily set. By adjusting to, the length of the annular belt can be freely set.
For this reason, the drive distance of the annular belt to which the tray support means is attached can be increased. Thereby, the dimensional efficiency of the stocker device is improved, and a larger number of trays can be stored inside. In addition, the stocker device can be made compact.
