Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent high temperature steam from flowing into a condenser by calculating a supply water flow rate required for a temperature decreasing unit depending on the operating output to flush tank pressure regulation valve and controlling the steam temperature for the condenser through a damp steam temperature regulation valve. CONSTITUTION: Pressure regulation valve 15 for a flush tank 13 is operated through an PI operating unit 23 based on the difference between the outlet pressure of the flush tank 13 detected by a pressure detector 20 and a set value in a pressure setter 26. Operating output to the valve 15 is inputted to a function generator 27 where a flow rate of supply water being used as cooling water corresponding to the operating output is calculated and a damp steam temperature regulation valve 18 is switched with an opening converted signal thus controlling the temperature of steam flowing into a condenser 6. High temperature steam having temperature not decreased sufficiently by a temperature decreasing unit 16 is prevented from flowing into the condenser 6 due to lag of a temperature detector for steam flowing into the condenser 6 thus protecting the condenser 6.
