Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a uniform temp. distribution by building a refrigerant into a tube device over the entire length near adsorbent tubes, disposing a gas circulating device into a vessel housing the same and distributing a gas flow to the overall length of a heater, cooling tubes and adsorbent tubes.
