Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent abnormality, by providing a connector for taking out a detection signal from an output current detecting means of an inverter and judging existence of the detection signal passing through the connector. CONSTITUTION:A connector 21 has connecting pins 1A-5A, 1B-5B, where positive and negative side power sources and a common power source CON are connected to predetermined connecting pins, while a U-phase current detection signal and a V-phase current detection signal are fed respectively from the connecting pins 1B, 4B to a current feedback controller 22. A connector connection confirming signal CNCH is fed from the connecting pin 3B to one input terminal of an exclusive OR gate 23 and an inverter start command is fed from an exclusive OR gate 25 to the other input terminal. When conditions of four input signals including an excitation command signal are entirely satisfied, aforementioned start command is fed to the exclusive OR gate 25 and a control output is fed from the current feedback controller 22 to a base drive controller 27 through an AND gate 26.
