Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A deviation amplifier 1 gives a motor 3 a deviation signal between a command value signal V1 of a rotating position of a motor and a feedback position signal V2 through a power amplifier 2. An output signal of a rotary encoder 4 is converted into a feedback signal V2 with a pulse train signal generation circuit 5 and an up-down counter 6. On the other hand, a deviation amplifier 71 takes the deviation between the command value signal V1 and the feedback signal V2. Then the absolute value taken from an absolute value circuit 72 is compared with a reference value Vr by a comparator 73. The output of the comparator 73 becomes an abnormal detection signal such as for disconnection, unconnectedness, etc., of a signal conductor.
