Abstract

PURPOSE:To quickly transmit information between terminal equipments by generating a packet of frame structure having minimum additional information in response to the characteristic or classification of transmission information of a terminal equipment and sending the result so as to minimize the connection delay. CONSTITUTION:For example, identification information representing the classification of an R terminal equipment 20 and its own node address is given to an instantaneous information low speed line interface section (LR section) 100 as a fixed data and the LR section 100 generates a packet for instantaneous information of prescribed frame structure based on the fixed data. That is, the packet exchange 10 omits the information used for the relation of adjacent node such as an adjacent node address and applies no error check as to the instantaneous information and applies error check in the lump for the final frame as to continuous information by the production of the packet of frame structure. Thus, the information added to the transmission data is the required and minimum data to reduce the connection delay into a minimum time.
