CONSTITUTION:Data communication network 11 consists of node devices 13 with addresses A-D and specific device 31, and data communication network 14 also consists of node devices 13 with addresses E-H and specific device 31. Those node devices 13 are used in common by networks 11 and 14 and those node devices 13 are given addresses uniformly to perform routing on the basis of those addresses. When a telegraphic message is sent from node device 13 with address A in network 11 to node device 13 with address H in communication network 14, the address and telegraphic message is supplied from the address storage part and telegraphic message transmission part of node device 13 in communication network 11 to node device 13 in communication network 14 via specific device 31 to facilitate data transfer between independent communication networks 11 and 14.
