Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily perform communication without degrading the communication efficiency by discriminating whether an objective reception-side device is on the same communication network as a transmission-side device or not before communication and constituting an optimum message to perform communication.
CONSTITUTION: Receiving an instruction, a controller 19 decomposes it into messages 1 and 2 internally. With respect to the message 1, route information for communication is added through a gateway 15 to generate the message because communication network attribute information is different. With respect to the message 2, both devices are judged to be on the same network and the message is generated without adding route information because communication network information obtained from the gateway 15 and given communication network attribute information are equal to each other. Consequently, the message is sent to the final reception destination from the first.
