CONSTITUTION:Internal electrode paste for a laminated ceramic object contains Cu2O having 0.1-10mum of mean particle size as its starting material, and 0.5-10wt.% of organic binder and solvent added to the Cu2O or the Cu2O and inorganic component to be added. In this case, a magnetic boat 12 which places bound-out laminated sample 14 is introduced into a furnace tube 11 having 50mm of inner diameter in a tubular passage, nitrogen gas of 1 liter/min in which 3wt.% of ammonia water 15 at 20 deg.C is bubbled is fed, held at 450 deg.C for 8 hours, thereby reducing the internal electrode.
