Abstract

PURPOSE:To oscillate the titled circuit stably over a wide frequency band by connecting a base of a 1st transistor(TR), a collector of a 2nd TR and a parallel resonance circuit by 1st and 2nd capacitors of small capacitance and connecting the emitters of both TRs with a separate capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A current flowing from a base of a TR 31 to a capacitor 35 via an emitter is fed to a capacitor 28 from the emitter of a TR 32 to a capacitor 28 via the collector and its output is fed back to the base of the TR 31 via a connection midpoint P and a capacitor 27. One terminal of a parallel resonance circuit 20A is connected to the connection midpoint P in the positive feedback loop to constitute an oscillation circuit. Then a high pass filter is formed in the positive feedback loop by the capacitor 35 of a proper capacitance and a low input resistance Ri of a common base TR 32. Thus, the feedback quantity of the positive feedback loop is increased as the frequency increases and nearly stable oscillation intensity is obtained over a wide frequency range such as fmax/fmin<=3.
