Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the high gain and high band for the negative feedback amplifier whose starting and ending steps are emitter-earthed with the intermediate step collector-earthed by applying such technique that the loop gain is shaped while securing the conjugate impedance matching. CONSTITUTION:The negative feedback amplifier of 3-step structure uses emitter- earthed transistor Tr3 and 5 for the starting and ending steps and collector-earthed Tr4 for the intermediate step respectively. And inductance 14, which is formed so that at least one resonance frequency is secured and the serial connection may be secured between inductance 14, resistance 15 and 16 to the DC, plus the 2-terminal circuit network featuring the serial-connected impedance are connected between the reference potential and point (a) where Tr3 is connected to the base input of Tr4. Through this 2-terminal network, the DC bias current is supplied to the collector of Tr3. In such constitution of the circuit, both the high gain and high band can be realized while securing the conjugate impedance matching.
